Cílem diplomové práce je zpracovat tři varianty průkazů energetické náročnosti budovy s využitím různých zdrojů tepla. Posuzovaný objekt se nachází v horské oblasti Bílá v okrese Frýdek-Místek. Práce je členěna do tří částí. První část zpracovává formou literární rešerše problematiku tepelných čerpadel. Druhá výpočtová část popisuje návrh tří variant zdrojů tepla. Jako první je uvažováno s tepelným čerpadlem, druhou možností je kotel na pelety a v poslední řadě se práce zabývá instalací plynového kondenzačního kotle. Všechny varianty byly vyhodnoceny z ekonomického a ekologického hlediska. Poslední projektová část obsahuje tři zpracované průkazy energetické náročnosti budovy. The goal of this thesis is to process three variants of energy performance certificate of the building with different heat sources. The building is in mountain area Bílá in Frýdek-Místek region. The thesis has three parts. First part is focused on literary research of heat pumps. Second, calculation part, describes three proposed heat source solution. First heat source is heat pump, second is pellet boiler and the last one is gas condensing boiler. All three variants are evaluated from the economic and ecological perspective. Last part of the thesis contains three energy performance certificates of the examined building.
