Hlavním tématem diplomové práce je návrh energeticky úsporného penzionu s restaurací v Havlíčkově Brodě. Diplomová práce se skládá ze 3 částí. První část se zaměřuje na stavební návrh penzionu, druhá na technickou stránku penzionu a třetí se zaměřuje na porovnání softwarů pro výpočet energetické náročnosti budovy. Jedná se o program DEKSOFT, modul Energetika od společnosti DEK, a.s. a program Energie 2020 od společnosti Svoboda Software. Novostavba je samostatně stojící se dvěma nadzemními podlažími. V prvním patře penzionu se nachází restaurace s přilehlou kuchyní, kancelář, technická místnost, strojovna vzduchotechniky a vstupní hala s recepcí a se schodištěm do druhého patra. V druhém patře se nachází šest apartmánů a jedna společná chodba. Konstrukční systém tvoří keramické tvárnice opatřené tepelnou izolací z minerální vlny. Vodorovné konstrukce a konstrukce schodiště jsou železobetonové monolitické. Budova je z části zastřešena plochou střechou provozní a z části extenzivní zelenou plochou střechou. Vytápění je zajištěno kotlem na tuhá paliva, který je umístěn v technické místnosti. Budova je nuceně větraná. Na ploché střeše budovy jsou umístěny fotovoltaické panely pro částečnou spotřebu elektrické energie. The aim of this master‘s project is the design of an energy-efficient guest house with a restaurant located in Havlíčkův Brod. This master‘s project consists of three parts. The first part focuses on the architectural and structural design of the guest house, the second part on the design of building services and the third part on the comparison of software for creating the energy performance of a building. It is about the DEKSOFT program in the Energy module from the company DEK, a.s. and in the Energy 2020 program from Svoboda Software. The building is detached and has two above-ground floors. The ground floor contains a restaurant with an adjacent kitchen, an office, a utility room, an air condition room and an entrance hall with a reception and a staircase to the second floor. On the second floor there are six apartments and one common corridor. The structural system is designed from ceramic blocks with thermal insulation made of mineral wool. Horizontal load-bearing structures and stairs are designed from cast-in-place reinforced concrete. The building has a flat service roof and flat extensive green roof. Heating is provided by a wood-fired solid fuel boiler located in the utility room. The building has mechanical ventilation with heat recovery. There are also photovoltaic panels on the flat roof of the building.
