The subject of this bachelor´s study called "Proposal introduction a new article market on home product" is an analysis of releasing a new product line "Unišek +". Le Cheque Déjeuner Group, s. r. o. is releasing this product to a Czech market. The first part compiles theoretical solutions for a market plan creation. That means specific methods used for creating a situational analysis and detailed analysis of fundamental parts of the market mix – called 4P ( product, price, place, promotion) - for the right selection of a marketing strategy when implementing a new product line. The second part is more practical and it characterises a company mentioned above, and also suggested working hypothesis.

Analysis of the Selected Firm

This bachelor’s thesis deals with theoretical and practical analysis of small village Pivín which is located in Prostějov region. In the practical part it specifies problems of the village utilizing SWOT and SLEPTE analyses. In the next part it shows strong and weak points and describes threats that might be faced. It interprets the results and on the basis of the analysis recommends some methods to make the management work effectively. It also tries to find alternative resources of the finance. At the end it suggests possible ways of future development.

The subject of this Bachelor´s thesis is analysis and proposal for development of the company IN CAR centrum ltd., which deals with car audio products and other equipment for vehicles. On the basis of implemented analysis of internal and external company´s environment was proposed entrepreneurial intention, which leads to entering a new market.
