The objective of this diploma thesis is to define main characteristics of students' behaviour as potential customers of language schools and formulate recommendation for a creation of the suitable offer for this segment. Key results emerge from quantitative and qualitative research among students, language schools and graduates. The differences were identified between students -- according to the level of studies, type of school and even year of study. Due to this fact, final recommendations were determined for individual segments of the target group. Their application can be found in a case study of language school PM-Lingua s.r.o. in Vyškov.

The bachelors thesis deals with suggestion of internet promotion and advertising of language school SAVY and distribution of founds to suggested solution. At the begging the thesis describes the theory that studies issue, examines the current state of advertising language school, compares notoriety and usage of search engine and portals on the selected sample of respondents. Research is converted on the results of questionnaire survey. The results of this thesis lead of three variants of promotion from which language school will be able to choose the best for it.
Czech as a foreign language

I would like to research and concern with the Czech as a foreign language in my bachelor thesis because I think that this topic is and will be still topical. Several ten thousands of immigrants direct to the Czech Republic every year. The minimum of them has been already equipped by basics of Czech and the most of them start learning Czech up to the destination. I would like to focus on the possibilities of teaching Czech which are offered in the Czech Republic. The next focus would be what sort of style and where Czech is taught in the foreign countries and how difficult it is for foreigners.

The goal of this thesis is to analyse the business opportunities in Libáň and propose a new business plan, which in this particular town is missing and has the potential to succeed. The thesis is divided into two parts. The theoretical part deals mainly with small and medium sector companies and prerequisites for a successful business. There are also explained the terminology attaching to the business and the business plan. The practical part consists of a business plan of the language school in a small town. The plan also contains of a detailed description of services offered, location and competitive environment as well as marketing and financial plan. At the end of the document are evaluated risks and prospects of the plan.

The subject of this bachelor thesis is the creation of a business plan to establish an English language school in Kazakhstan. The work consists of two parts. The first part is theoretical and includes basic concepts from business and describes the structure of the business plan and concrete steps in its writing. The theoretical section also contains important information about the specific characteristics and conditions for business in Kazakhstan. The second part is practical and consists of a certain business plan on a language school. The practical part has to verify the feasibility of a business plan and to create an overview of the financial aspects of the project.

This Bachelor thesis examines the issue of language schools. It examines the way how university students perceive this kind of educational institutions today. It finds out students' opinions and tries to uncover the causes of lack of interest in studying in these agencies. In the theoretical part the work focuses on the description of the marketing research process and marketing mix 5P. In the practical part the work deals with language schools in general, then examines the attitude of students towards Tutor language school and finally the work deals with the description of the marketing mix of this institution. At the conclusion of this Bachelor thesis there are recommendations proposed that should improve the image of this school.
Analysis of usage of the internet in a language agency

This bachelor thesis deals with an analysis of usage of the internet in a selected private language agency. The first part is focused on internet development and advantages and disadvantages that come with personal internet usage and internet usage by companies. There is being put an emphasis on individual categories of internet advertising and sales support that represent a part of internet communication mixture and that stand for one of many possibilities of self-presentation of language agencies. Practical part of this thesis compares a concrete language agency with other competitive agencies. The last chapter deals with analysis of individual internet tools that selected language agency actively uses. Closing part of this analysis investigates other internet suggestions that could strengthen competitiveness and familiarity of the selected language agency.
Marketing strategy of the language school Royal School

The aim of this thesis is to analyse the marketing strategy of the language school Royal School and to suggest its improvement on the basis of observed data. The thesis is divided into two main parts -- theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part focuses on marketing of services and its differences especially in terms of marketing mix. In the practical part, Royal School is first briefly introduced, then there are the main features of Callan method and an evaluation of current marketing activities of the company. Finally there are reccomendations which suggest changes and expansion of the marketing stategy. The recomendations ensue from the results gained by SWOT analysis and a marketing research among current Royal School customers.

The diploma thesis deals with analysis of the language school's (Bonna Lingua) position in the region of Ústí nad Labem city. This work analysis the position of the company to its surroundings and also examines in detail the internal processes. It also suggests possibilities which may lead to an improved position.
