This thesis concerns the corporate culture of a multinational company. The thesis is dividend into two parts -- theoretical and practical one. The first one defines the content of corporate culture, its determinants, implementation factors, typologies. The second part describes the corporate culture of a particular multinational company, deals with the attributes of this corporate culture and describes the conflict of cultures in this company.

The first chapter explains effect of cultural differencies on enterprise organisations and introduces types of international companies. Second chapter presents basic information on IKEA company and describes its vision, values, public relations and social responsibility.

This graduation thesis is considered with an analysis of corporate culture at non-for-profit organization. Present knowledge about corporate culture and methodical procedure of analysis of corporate culture in general are summarized at the theoretical part. Corporate culture of particular non-for-profit organization at stage of transformation is analyze at the practical part. There are described differences between corporate culture of commercial and non-for-profit organization. Final goal is to propose a procedure of turnover of corporate culture so the organization should get a competitive advantage.

In my bachelor thesis I dealt with the ongoing merger of Kartex a.s. and Slim Rope s.r.o. (names are changed due to the wishes of management). In the theoretical part, I outlined the theoretical aspects related to the topic of mergers and acquisitions. In the practical part I will then be dealing with every posibility where synergy could be found, risks that can araise during the merger i.e., there are particular unconnected corporate cultures, and there must be working two, till now, competiting brands side by side, and also design a new corporate culture. The goal of my work was to capture the essence of the problems emerging in the process of "post merger integration (integration of business), because in these moments failures occure in 80% of all business combinations.
Confrontation of manners of proceedings and leading of Czech and foreign managers

The aim of Bachelor's paper is to compare the manners of proceedings and leading of Czech and German managers, to set the main differences, their influence on the other workers. The works contains two parts, the theoretic one in which hypotheses are determined about the manners of proceedings and leading effected by national culture and the practical section in which hypotheses are confirmed or refutated on the basis of my own survey.

The Master Thesis analyses the unified corporate culture and its impacts on the international company T.P.C.A. where employees of three different cultures cooperate together. The concept of culture and national culture together with cultural standards and dimensions is described in the theoretical part of the thesis. Last but not least, there is defined the concept of the corporate culture, its elements and some basic typologies. The practical part analyses specifics of the corporate culture of Toyota Peugeot Citroen Automobile with the special focus on the communication and visualization practices. The last chapter of the thesis deals with expatriation and shows the impact of an international company on the tourism industry.
