Bachelor thesis deals with proposals for the development of business activities of Danish company ECCO operating in the global market. The subject of business is the production and sale of leather shoes for men, women and children. The proposals are aimed at activities by which the company deepen and reinforce relationships with its customers. Based on the analyzes and mystery shopping I’m able to examine the competition and define the steps that will lead to building a strong premium brand and increase customer satisfaction. My goal is using a specific approach to create the consumer shopping experience, develop the businesses activities and promote product sales. The basic standard applied in the creation of the proposal, is to develop customer value.

The suggestions for improvement of this business focus on the development of relationships with customers and on the expansion of activities that will lead to increased business awareness and attracting new customers. On the basis of conducted analyses the thesis specifies the recourses defining the future direction of the business. These recourses include vision of the business, mission, corresponding strategic objectives and specific steps to strengthen competitiveness. The basic principle used in the drafting of proposals is the development of customer value.

This diploma thesis deals with strengthening of competitiveness of the accounting centre “Pneuservis” in the VOP GROUP, s.r.o., which currently faces financial problems and lacks enough competitiveness. Proposals have been outlined on the basis of the strategic analysis. The competitive strategy has been developed for Pneuservis VOP GROUP, s.r.o., the part of which has been the formulation of vision, mission and strategic goals. The objective has been defined as acquisition of new customers and, consequently, strengthening of competitiveness of Pneuservis VOP GROUP, s.r.o..

The aim was to set up useful method of measuring customer satisfaction, loyalty, and customer value. This would enable the company to follow the current situation, and to focuse on improvements. I have also included the suggestions on how to improve the overall customer satisfaction, and a calculation of an impact of the implementation on the profitability.

This bachelors thesis Loyalty programs as a CRM tool used by airline describes the importance of Customer Relationship Management in todays competitive market and explains basic concepts of a relationship between organization and customers, such as customer value, satisfaction and loyalty. In the practical part is the knowledge from theoretical part applied on the specific airline. The practical part presents an assessment and evaluation of the loyalty program OK Plus Partner. To carry out this practical part, a survey about satisfaction is used. Results of the questionnaire are analyzed and based on them, some recommendations for possible changes are made.
