Design of lighting system in car service
Borůvka, Jan ; Štěpánek, Jaroslav (referee) ; Škoda, Jan (advisor)
The theoretical part is focused on lights, notions and calculations in the area of light technology, basic lightning sources and lamps. This work is also about the principle of lightning measuring. The main aim of the work is design of a new artificial lightning system in a workshop which is located in village called Petrov. At first, the control measuring of existing lightning was done which is mentioned in this work.
Design of public lighting for the improvement of road safety
Krejčí, Miroslav ; Fojtášek, Jan (referee) ; Zháňal, Lubor (advisor)
This paper is focused on quality assessment of public lighting systems. These systems are compared to the standard requirements of road lighting rules. Inconvenient systems are redesign with help of lighting design software DIALux in order to fulfill these rules. Part of this paper is dedicated to other issues like pedestrian crossings, color effect and economy.
The lighting map in GIS
Nejedlý, Lukáš ; Potočňák, Tomáš (referee) ; Rozman, Jiří (advisor)
Bachelor thesis deals with the lighting of roads and public areas. The work is divided into two parts. First part is focused on the basic terms of lighting technology, measurement methodology and appropriate hygiene standards. The paper also discussed electric light sources used in public lighting and basic information on the geographic information system ArcGIS, which was used during the processing of the measured values. The second part is focused on the measurement of illuminance in Žďár nad Sázavou and graphical analysis of the measured values in ArcView GIS. The measured values of the illumination were compared with hygenic limits standard ČSN 13 201.
Daylighting of spaces with light guides
Machová, Petra ; Gábrová, Lenka (referee) ; Vajkay, František (advisor)
This thesis deals with the illuminance space through light guide. It describes it's basic principles, technical features and ways of differentiation between the technologies. The thesis also includes latest methods for evaluation of illumination of space supported by various computer simulations.
Map of terrain lighting in GIS
Blatný, Michal ; Rychtárik, Milan (referee) ; Čížek, Martin (advisor)
This bachelor’s thesis describes fundamental terms in lighting and deals with street lighting intensity measurement. The text describes an outline of the future work focused to comparison of the measured values with ČSN EN standards using GIS.
Near-field photometry
Kutý, Tomáš ; Baxant, Petr (referee) ; Škoda, Jan (advisor)
This thesis is focused on the theoretical and practical introduction to the verification procedures used today for obtaining luminosity curves of lamps. The introduction acquaints readers with the photometric variables. Consequently, it is theoretically described procedure for constructing luminance curves by zonal flow and further familiarization with the near-field photometry. For the practical part was chosen several lights. These lamps were measured by luxmeter first from a very close photometric distance from lights, and then from large distance. The next step was to obtain pictures of luminaries in planes C 0 to 345 ° (with a step of 15 °) of the angle gamma from 0 to 180 ° (in steps of 5 °). The measured data were processed by zonal flow and through programs LumiDISP and Matlab. The partial result of this thesis is to verify whether it is possible to use the luminance analyzer for obtaining luminosity curves, it means, if the luminosity curve obtained through luminance analyzer will comply with the curves obtained through a luxmeter. Further work should ascertain the feasibility of acquired photographs lamps from a very close photometric distance could create luminosity curve for any location and distance from the observer to measured lamps.
Numerical Modelling of the Light Source
Pavelka, Adam ; Koňas,, Petr (referee) ; Kadlec, Radim (advisor)
The master’s thesis deals with photometry units used in light engineering. There are defined the methods of modelling the illumination systems, their advantages, disadvantages and possibilities of using. Furthermore, the thesis deals with modelling of two illumination systems by ray-tracing in programming environment of MATLAB. The master’s thesis describes the analysis of the problem and the program designing process. Acquired model results are then compared with the real measurements of both illumination systems which allow the discussion of the results and the deviations of the models.
Evaluation of Lighting Quality Using Modern Software Tools
Fazekas, Tibor ; Škoda, Jan (referee) ; Baxant, Petr (advisor)
This thesis deals with the evaluation of the quality of lighting with the usage of the latest software products used nowadays. The first part of the work is about indoor lighting, the basic requirements invested in lighting, and the basic concepts of indoor lighting. The second part includes complete search for today's computer implements for projecting, simulating, calculation and analysis of light, their functions and characteristics, including luminance analyzers based on CCD sensors and their software equipment. The last part of the work has the task to model a computer room using softwares which can be found within the territory of VUT Brno, and the task was to assess its lighting. Following this, with the help of luminance analyzer, the task is to capture the scene under different lighting conditions and to evaluate the measured data.
Illumination parlours
JELÍNEK, Radek
The thesis is concerned with measurement of the level of illumination in milking parlours for cows and staff. The theoretical part focuses on light, types of light sources, illumination, welfare of animals, dairy cow breeding, types of milking and kinds of milking parlours. The practical part deals with the characteristics of companies, measured milking parlours and the scheme of each milking parlour. The work includes own measurement of illumination in particular milking parlours. First measurement was made in trigone milking parlour Měcholupské zemědělské a.s. headquartered in Předslav. Second measurement was taken in herringbone milking parlour of Agricultural business cooperative Kolinec in centre Malonice. Third measurement was taken in tandem milking parlour on Karel Macán farm, located in Všeruby at Kdyně. Measured values were processed, compared and evaluated according to ČSN EN 12 464-1 Light and Illumination.
Lighting in cattle farming
TRETERA, Jakub
This bachelor's thesis pursues the measuring of the lighting in stable buildings for cattle farming. The theoretical part is focused on light, lighting, lights, welfare of cattle and technology of cattle farming. In the practical part is given the characteristic of the measured objects (the scheme of buildings, the type of stabling, the lighting) and the real measuring of lighting in chosen stalls. The first measuring took place in the stall for milk cows on the family Bůžek's farm. The second measuring took place in the stall for fattening of bulls and heifers on the cooperative farm Podkleťan. The measured values were compared and evaluated according to the hold legislation.
