Methodology for audit of webpages

Websites have a significant impact on the competitiveness of organizations. Therefore it is necessary to deal with aspects that affect their success. At least it is worth to detect weaknesses which can be repaired with minimal effort and which baffle effective use of the site. It is possible to use quite a number of audit methods and tools but the global approach to this issue is missing. The aim of this thesis is to create audit methodology and its implementation into the online tool, to allow automatic audit performance. I first describe aspects of success of a website such as search engine optimization, accessibility, usability, information architecture and information value. Then I analyzed the methods and tools for webpages audit and explored the possibilities of their system integration. This enabled me to design the optimal process of audit and realize the tool which is the main output of the thesis and is enclosed on the CD. The benefit of this tool lies primarily in the comprehensive conception which focuses not only on a certain area, but tries to evaluate all possible facts within a single analysis. The advantage of the tool is its mass utilization. It allows detection of possible errors and solutions proposition with minimal costs and without the need of special knowledge. The tool contains several unique algorithms that check some aspects of sites and eliminate manual verification.
E-marketing strategy for introducing peruvian products in selected European country

The Internet has revolutionized the way the world used to work by becoming a crucial part in people's lifestyle. Nowadays, the speed and extent with which people can communicate has reached unimaginable levels, affecting significantly their behavior and the way they do business. This thesis aims to clarify how does business models have changed with the implementation of the Internet by introducing one of its newest e-business models, an "online store" and its following e-marketing plan concepts. Similarly, the thesis also aims to elaborate a project where this e-business model is used to introduce Peruvian products to the Belgian market and evaluate its viability. For this purposes, an e-marketing plan of the mentioned project was developed including macro and micro analysis and customer analysis with its respective marketing research, finalizing with the elaboration of the e-marketing mix strategies. The results of the project revealed that most of the changes of implementing Internet in the business process become noticeable in the formulation of the marketing mix strategies. Regarding the project itself, the study concluded that there exist the right conditions in the country and its potential customers to be profitable. Nonetheless, success will only be reached by the effective implementation of the promotional strategies that help create brand-awareness and loyal relationships with the customers.

The aim of this work is a valuable text on website optimization. The reason is lack of literature with this theme in the Czech market, especially in the Czech language. Purpose of the study is also its biggest asset, it may serve other students, but also to others who are interested in the topic. For this to happen, the work is written in a language close to readers, but also contains essential information to get familiar with website optimization. Part of this work is not only popular SEO optimization, but also the functionality and graphics (design) of web pages and a separate chapter is dedicated to copywriting. At the conclusion of the work is carried out a practical analysis, which is to assess the current state of web pages from the perspective of optimization.

The theoretical part is aimed on rules and procedures, which everybody should follow in order to create quality websites. The theoretical part also describes the purpose of a website for organization and visitors of the presentation. The practical part is aimed on my own knowledge and experience. This part describes creating a website for a pension, analyses the original website and possible causes of the owners' demand for an update. Website analysis in real estate sector

Target goal of this work is overall website analysis in real estate sector, www.brancoreality.com, and project of specific improvements for optimalization of mentioned website. Author of this work overview on the proces from user's and technical point of view. Analysis done from the user's point of view is provided by usability test of above menioned website. Thanks to this method autor intercepts faults of the website, which otherwise should not be identified. The other, technical analysis has been done by usage of non commercial common tools for web analytics. Objectiveness of the main goal should be compared with one of analysis from external specialists in branch. Another source for reaching the goal of this wok, is to compare tested web page with those of competitors. Author use rating system based upon criteria and weightings. The final ouput of this method is overview of strong and mean aspects of the target website and finally tools for improvements in competitiveness in branch. Lastly author introduced common instruction how to process website optimization. The bachelors labour will be delivered to the owner of the tested website and the conclusions shown therein will be used for improvements and optimization of them.
Auditing of trucking companies' websites

This thesis deals with trucking companies' websites auditing. The first chapter of a theoretical part deals with up to date market condition of this branch of business, together with possibilities of the future development. The theoretical part of this thesis acquaints reader with technological basis of web design and its current trends. There is a methodology of auditing designed and websites sample introduced in the conclusion. A practical part contains one detailed audit example and the rest of the other websites is audited more briefly. There is a results interpretation in the conclusion. Also there are steps that can lead to the elimination of founded imperfections. The aim of this thesis is to test quality of some sample websites of trucking companies that leads to recognition of how important these websites are for their owners. A main method used is a comparison of every website's state and designed methodic. Results of this research are statistically evaluated. The main contribution of this thesis is introduction of the most frequent imperfections, together with deciding how important these websites are for their owners.
Audit of the electronics retailers´ websites

The main objective of this diploma thesis is to analyze websites of electronics retailers. An initial analysis is followed by evaluation of the determined results and designing the right solutions. The diploma thesis is divided into a theoretical and a practical section. The theoretical section is focused on consumer behavior and the aspects of well-developed websites, which are visibility, usability, accessibility, technical and graphic design. These elements are the basis for the compilation of methodology, which is then used for analyzing websites. The practical section includes a detailed audit of five selected websites. It also contains user testing by randomly selected respondents. The detailed analysis is followed by a summarization of the results of individual companies. The output of the thesis is an overview of the quality of tested companies' websites. The main contribution of this thesis is an overall analysis and concrete design improvement of the electronics retailers' websites.
