The project deals with building a family house in Kuřim. The building is designed as a detached house with garage for one car. The object has two floors, no basement. The building is situated parallel with the adjacent roads. Floor plan of the building is regular. Visual appearance of house does not affect the street and adjacent detached houses. The main entrance to the house and driveway are oriented to the road (northwest). The bearing walls are designed from the sand-lime bricks (with ETICS insulation). Ceilings are designed from the ceramic-concrete panels. The house has a shed roof, above the garage and main entrance is a flat roof.

In my bachelor thesis I deal with a project of a single-family house with a travel agency. The building will be implemented in the village Lanžhot near Břeclav. It is a two-storey house with a partial basement. Bearing walls are made of ceramic blocks with embedded mineral wool. In the basement shuttering blocks with thermal insulation are used. The building is provided with a shed roof and a single skin flat roof with extensive greenery. A part of the project is a garage designed as a wooden frame structure.

This bachelors thesis deals with a design of a detached house in a particular area in Pardubice - Svítkov, street Srnojedská. The aim is to create dispositionally logically linked komplex that will suit the requirements of four-member family and will fit into the current development with its own look. Plan dimensions of the building are 12.13 x 12.90 m. The house is designed as a two storey, basement, with a shed roof. Perimeter walls in the basement are made of concrete blocks. Peripheral masonry floor is of brick blocks Porotherm. The entire building is insulated contact system. The supporting structure of the roof covering consists of wood trusses. The draft has thermal engineering, acoustic and fire safety solutions.

This work involves the design and plan for house with artist studio and gallery. It is a detached house on the land plot number 3569/258, which is located in the village Šlapanice near the city of Brno in southern Moravia. The building is designed for housing a family with two children, so for a family of four. Part of the house is a artist studio and gallery, which will be used by the owner of the house for his own business plan. The building has an irregular shape. It is a house without a basement, without a residential loft, with two floors, complemented by a garage. The building is designed as a brick structure of the system Porotherm, ceilings are monolithic reinforced concrete thickness 150 mm, and house artist studio and gallery are covered by a gabled roof, garage shed roof, windows and doors are plastic. This proposal corresponds to the technical requirements and the requirements of the investor (the builder).

This bachelor’s thesis deals with the design documentation of a detached house for two families. The house is situated in the district Slavonín in Olomouc city, catastral district Slavonín. The supporting structures of building is designed in the integrated building system Porotherm. The main building and both garages are roofed by shed and double-shell roof. Circuit masonry floors is lined with a brick blocks Porotherm. Whole building is insulated contact system. The roof of house forming two aisle roofs at different height levels, the structure of roofs creates wooden trusses. Part of the proposal is also thermotechnical, acoustic and fire safety solutions.

The bachelor thesis deals with the project of a new detached house in Svitavy. The house is a two-storey building with shed roofs including a garage for two cars. The floor plan is composed of three rectangles adjacent to each other. The loadbearing walls are made of ceramic blocks Porotherm with inserted mineral wool. The building stands on the foundations of concrete. The ceiling above the first floor is made of reinforced concrete, the second floor has a ceiling made of truss structure of the roof. There are panels of aluminium sheets used for roofing.

The content of this thesis is to build a detached house for singles. It is a house with two floor and attic. The house consists of three separate units and a large lounge where the residents can socialize. One of the apartments is designed to be wheelchair accessible. The building is constructed of structural system Porotherm. Ceilings are ceramic – concrete with POT beams and insert MIAKO. The roof over most of the building is designed as a flat surcharge and the attic is sheltered by a counter conventional truss. Roofing is based on plasticized PVC.

This bachelor´s thesis deals with design of detached house and related project documentation. The detached house is located in cadastral area Dolní Moravice in sloping terrain and it is designed for 4 membered family. Object is partly two storeyed (dimension 11,0 x 8,0 m) and partly one storeyed (dimension 9,5 x 6,0 m) with two shed roofs. Both of rectangular parts are vertically shifted by 1,0 m. Vertical constructions are brick of brick elements SENDWIX, horizontal constructions are from concrete or ferroconcrete. Construction of roof is wooden.

The subject of diploma project is the design of complex of buildings using hemp lime composite, in English known as Hempcerete. Four detached houses are completed by building of facilities. Buildings have one to three floors. The composite fiercly reduces carbon footprint in building industry. The design is focused on different construction systems using hemp lime composite as a wall filling. Detached houses are made of load bearing timber frame with cast-in-situ hempcrete, building of facilities is made of reinforced concrete with precasted blocks. All buildings are cellarless. Detached houses are shed roofed, building of facilities is gable roofed.
