Diploma thesis discusses the work of management and selection of new colleagues in the real estate market. The objective of diploma thesis is to comprare if management work and selection of new colleagues is corresponding with specializaded literature. The theoretical part deals with basic concepts from the area of management, selection new employees and real estate market. Over the three different studies (questionaries, personal interwiev and work experiens) in the practical part, I made the colletion of date, analysis and evaluation. At the end of the work, I made assessment theoretical and practical part, my self recommendation and conclusions of the diploma thesis. Including diploma thesis is manual for collection of new staff in real estate market.

The main target of this thesis is measures suggestion in field of human resources management in the company of Tekoo, spol. s r.o. on the bases of the analysis of human activities, which promote better business performance. This dissertation includes model case selection of staff and the introduction of a new incentive component. The result of this dissertation is a suggestion and detailed description of activities for originate department of human resources, which contributes to higher productivity and more efficient human resources management.

The aim of this work is to analyze the process of recruitment and selection of employees in the company RADIOMETER Ltd., to evaluate the results of the analysis and recommend measures that will improve the process. The work is divided into four parts. Introductory, theoretical, practical part and conclusion. In the first part I will introduce the objectives and progress of the thesis. In the theoretical part are defined terms recruitment and selection of employees. In the practical part the company analyzed, displayed structure of employees in the company and analyzed the process of recruitment and selection of staff. The conclusion summarizes the results of the analysis and recommendations for the company.

This bachelor thesis deals with selection and recruitment of employees in selected company. In theoretical part of this thesis I define fundamental terms of human resources management. I particularly focus on acquisition, selection and recruitment of employees, which are one of the most important things that every single company has to deal with. I gained theoretical knowledge from a professional literature. In practical part of this thesis I analyze and describe system of selection and recruitment of employees in s. n. o. p. cz a. s. Further, I did an interview and present its findings. The conclusion of this part contains an evaluation of the hiring process and suggestions to improve that process in this company.

The aim of this master´s thesis is to analyze the process of recruitment and selection of employees in the chosen company to identify its strengths and weaknesses and propose measures to increase the effectiveness of this process. The master´s thesis consists of theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part defines the essential terms and provides basic solutions for the issue of recruitment and selection of employees. The main goal of my thesis is to gain valuable information from master's degree students at the University of Economics, Prague, which the company Staropramen will be able to use effectively for better advertising their Trainee Program. To meet this goal, I chose the method of the survey. In theoretical part, I introduce the opportunity and particular methods of process of recruitment and selection of employee to the students and I briefly describe the term "Training and development programs for graduates" or Trainee Programs. In practical part, I will give information about Staropramen and especially about their Trainee Program to the students. The students will be able to create their own opinion on the difficulty of the selection procedure and the progress of this particular Trainee Program. This section also contains the result of each questions of the survey, confirming or refuting the previously defined hypotheses, and final recommendation for the company Staropramen.

The Bachelor's Thesis deals with the analysis of the processes of recruitment and selection of employees in a particular company. The aim of this thesis is to analyse these processes in the particular company, with detailed focus on the position of Call centre operator. There will be a suggestion to optimize the processes of recruitment and selection of employees based on the analysis. The theoretical part of the thesis deals with the terminology of the recruitment and selection of employees. In the practical part of the thesis there is a description of the chosen company, position and the analysis of the practise of the processes of recruitment and selection of employees used in the company. These practises are subsequently evaluated and in the end there is a suggestion to optimize these processes concluded.

The aim of the diploma thesis is to analyse the system of recruitment and selection of employees in the Pacovské strojírny, joint-stock company, identify its strengths and weaknesses and propose measures to improve its effectiveness. Furthermore, via questionnaire survey to determine attitude and satisfaction of workers with the system of recruitment and selection of employees in this company. This thesis is divided into two parts - theoretical and practical. The theoretical part defines basic terms and solutions concerning particular problems of recruitment and selection of employees. In the introduction of the practical part there is the company characterization, including its history, the company bodies, employees and department of human resources. Subsequently it is followed by an analysis of recruitment and selection of employess, a formulation of its strengths and weaknesses and a proposition of measures which could lead to its eventual improvement. In last part the questionnaire survey is evaluated, which examines the attitude and satisfaction of the workers with the system of recruitment and selection of employees in the company.
