Cooperation with family during distance and online teaching

The diploma thesis deals with the cooperation of school and family during distance and online teaching. It discusses how parents approach cooperation and how it is perceived by teachers. The theoretical part describes the reasons for cooperation and the factors that negatively affect it. It presents rules for cooperation. It presents its typical forms and presents arguments for their implementation. It presents programs that support the cooperation of school and family. It characterizes distance learning and its types. It provides recommendations for teachers and possible forms of online cooperation. The practical part of the work deals with research mapping the approach of primary school teachers to forms of cooperation during distance and online teaching at a selected primary school. The research is carried out using two questionnaire surveys and structured interviews.
Digital competences of teachers and their specifics in the period of distance education

The theoretical part of the diploma thesis Digital competences of teachers and their specifics in the period of distance education, based on the analysis of relevant literature, deals with the specifics of distance learning and conducts a survey of existing national and international frameworks dealing with the level and development of digital competencies of teachers. It also works with the European Framework for the Digital Competence of Educators (DigCompEdu), which was created especially for educators and educational institutions as a certain standard for setting the level of digital technology skills. The aim of this work is to propose the addition of the European Framework for the Digital Competence of Educators with specific skills needed to lead distance learning. As part of a qualitative research survey, carried out in the empirical part of the work, nine teachers from different types of schools underwent observations in classes and then post-observation interviews. They focused not only on the course of teaching during distance learning but also tried to identify the necessary teaching equipment in the field of digital competencies. Teaching mathematics online in a selected year of the lower level of an eight-year grammar school

This Diploma thesis is based on the teaching practice done online. It looks at the possibilities of online teaching of Mathematics and its concepts, and at how to teach Mathematics online well. The aim of the thesis is to compare distance learning in the Czech Republic and chosen countries in the European Union. The current situation changed in the European schooling and teaching was done remotely since Spring 2020. This thesis takes this situation and looks at three main areas: literature search, where theoretical background is described, summarized data for distance learning in the World, which I got from the internet, and lastly a part where I observed teaching in the given context, both as an observing student and as a teacher. The teaching practice was done in the first year of the lower secondary school, during a focus on the topic of solving equations. The analysis and the reflection of the class are put into the context with the analysis of the topic of solving equations as presented in chosen textbooks both at primary and lower secondary school level. This bachelor thesis focuses on the term gamification and its use in online education. In the theoretical part the thesis defines the terms "gamificiation", games" and "online education" and briefly describes the basic principles, history and usage. In the practical part, the thesis focuses on mapping out the most important websites, portals and then it selects appropriate applications that can support today's online education.
Role of Facebook in TEFL at the Second Level of Primary Schools

This diploma thesis focuses on the role of social network Facebook in the process of English teaching and learning at the second level at Czech primary schools. The theoretical part concentrates on the methodology typically used in TEFL during 20th and 21st century, online teaching and learning as well as communication, describes the history and development of Facebook and deals with the question of online safety. The practical part firstly informs the reader about the development of the research procedure, states the aims and describes the research background. Secondly it deals with the data collection, assessment and evaluation and presents the results acquired from the research. The research was designed to reveal the possible benefits of the use of Facebook in the TEFL process; it consisted of a questionnaire and two types of observation performed by the author of this thesis.

Bachelor thesis Web interface for presentation and training applications is capable of presenting learning texts made in PowerPoint. The application allows queries over viewing the presentation and provides communication between teacher and student. The application was created so that it could not control user-consuming. In implementation used only freely available JavaScript libraries. Bachelor's thesis is largely implemented the instructions for use applications.

Diploma thesis is oriented to analysis of current online language courses and software design of optimal solution related to analysis results. This text describe indivudual language e-learning courses for beginners, gives review of its advantages and disadvantages in connection with modern trends, explores user requirements for this kind of teaching. Due to the obtained results and usage of modern trends of foreign language teaching optimal solution may be proposed.
