Products of Tour Operators and Travel Agents for selected customer segments

The main objective of this bachelor thesis is to conduct a product portfolio analysis that is currently being offered by travel agencies and the agencies focusing on the targeted group of customers. The selected segment of customers for the purpose of this thesis are college students aged between 20 and 29, due to their likely specific tourist behaviour patterns, needs and demands that set them apart from other tourism participants. Basing on the synthesis of the acquired data, another aim of the thesis is to suggest new original forms of tourism products and discuss their economic competitiveness.
Proposal of Communication Mix in the Selected Company

The master thesis is focus on issue of travel agency, which acts as a mediator in the sale of tours to travel agencies. The thesis is structured into three main chapters. The first one is called Theoretical Basis of Work, which explains the basic concepts associated with the problem. Subsequently, another chapter called Problem Analysis and Current Situation is created. This chapter is processed through relevant analyzes. Finally, there is a chapter that contains suggestions for improving the current situation, which contribute to more effective promotion of propagation.

The main purpose of the thesis is to analyze the travel agency Bolsa travel, using selected methods of economic and strategic analysis to identify risks. The thesis consists of four parts. Where the first part works with theoretical work. The second part puts the theory into practice. The risk analysis and the RIPRAN method interpret the results in the third part and in the last part there is a discussion of the appropriate measures.

This bachelor’s thesis deals with marketing research customer satisfaction for travel agency Invia.cz and also consumer behaviour analysis. The theoretical part of the thesis deals with crucial concepts, in the practical part of this thesis are used methods and questionnaire survey. At the end of this thesis all data were evaluated and were made the suggestions for improvement leading for higher services quality in selected company.

Master’s thesis "Business plan - expanding of the travel agency”, is focused on the preparation of a business plan, according to which it will be possible in the future to extend already functioning travel agency another business subject. In the theoretical part, on the basis of the available professional literature, the concepts concerning business, business plan and travel agency are outlined. In the analytical part, analyses are analysed which analyse the internal and external environment of the company and help in the design part. The design part consists of comprehensive steps, procedures and methods of a particular business plan for the expansion of the real travel agency.
Specifics of selected Segment of Customer in Tourism

The bachelor thesis deals with specifics of selected segment of customers in tourism. The selected segment is LGBT people (lesbians, gay, bisexual and transgender people). The thesis is divided into the theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part of the thesis summarizes the existing knowledge in relation to the discussed issue and it defines the basic terms. The practical part focuses on analysing the current situation of the leading organizations in the Czech Republic and abroad. The work also measures, compares and evaluates the potential of the Czech Republic for LGBT tourism. Further, the practical part consists of a research survey, based on a tour in the Czech Republic is designed. The aim of the bachelor thesis is to summarize the available data on the LGBT segment in tourism, to evaluate the potential of the Czech Republic for LGBT tourism and to prepare the tour in the Czech Republic.

The aim of this bachelor´s thesis is to sum up the offer of a chosen travel agent Zajezdy.cz, a. s. The offer is divided by various aspects and includes a characteristic of own products of the travel agent which are used as the main competitive advantages. Another part is devoted to comparison with other travel agents and their advantages and a description of a website as the most important marketing instrument. Finally, the offer of the travel agent is evaluated by using the SWOT analysis.

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to investigate the market of tourism services and analyse the differences between starting-up a tourist agency in the Czech Republic and the Russian Federation. The first chapter is theoretical part reveals the political, economic, socio-cultural and technological factors of business conditions in the Czech Republic and Russia; describes the market of tourist services generally. The second chapter is practical part includes two business plans for touristic agencies. In third chapter, I summarize two business plans, give some conclusion and recommendation.

The aim of this thesis is to map internal processes of the organisation, which shall be used as a basis for deciding about potential changes in the company structure. The first part describes the difference between small and medium size company and forms of organisational structure. The thesis also describes process management, approaches to process management and process mapping. The second part describes current state of the company. The processes of each department of the company are mapped and evaluated. A new organizational structure is suggested to contribute to more efficient organizational management.
VAT ledger statement - comparison of different business acitivities

The bachelor thesis is focused on the analysis of VAT ledger statement. The goal of this analysis is to compare methods of filling in a VAT ledger statement between chosen subjects. For this paper a travelling agency and a self-employed electrician have been chosen. The thesis is divided into two main parts. First part covers the basic theory behind VAT and VAT ledger statement, especially its content. Second part defines the subjects, describes their VAT processes and its main focus is illustrating the differences between filling in the statement by travel agency and self-employed electrician with examples provided. At the end of the thesis the knowledge gained from the examples is summed up.
