Coaching and it's impact on performace of sales representants

Diploma thesis is devoted to an analysis of psychological coaching as a method promoting the use of human resources and human potential to the performance improvement and employee development. The theoretical part provides a definition of coaching. It deals with the principles and techniques of coaching, perception of reality, finding solutions and by setting and achieving goals. It discusses human potential as a layout of assumptions to human performance and its exploitation. It describes ways to improve the performance and life satisfaction through coaching. The work also presents an overview of psychological approaches in coaching. The second part consists of a quantitative research, in which they analyzed the results of sales representatives, who took coaching sessions, before and after coaching. Based on the results of the research part of the thesis, there is a statistically significant difference (p< .001) between the performance of sales consultants before coaching and in three other measurements after coaching. Best Practices of strategic communication of czech companies with focus on websites and brand communication

This thesis deals with strategic communication of czech companies and their brands on websites and with formulation of best practices for this field of strategic communication. In the Czech Republic, there is a lack of research covering this issue as well as best practices principles for communication of companies on the web. This thesis aims to: create an aggregate of theoretical knowledge about the selected topic of strategic communication; describe how czech companies communicate of their websites; and form best practices for strategic communication of companies and brands on websites. The theoretical section is focused on defining and describing key concepts and creating a base of knowledge for the research. In the methodological section the research questions are set and research methods are characterized - content analysis and interviews with experts in the field. A Model of Thematic Spheres was created for the quantitative content analysis. The hypothesis anticipates that an overall majority of selected companies does not communicate it's goals, visions or missions on websites. Creation of an adaptation course programme for the Medical Lyceum

Title: Creation of an adaptation course programme for the Medical Lyceum Aims: The aim of our work is to prepare an adaptation course program based on the literature search of the theoretical part and practical experience of instructors according to the specifics of the class. To get feedback from students on this program and evaluate its success. Methods: Based on the theoretical findings of the research we developed a programme of an adaptation course. The results of the course work and we evaluated the results by means of a questionnaire filled in by the students of the health lyceum (participants of the course). Results: The result is an adaptation course program that uses the knowledge gained and programs from the instructors' practice. The work can be used as a guide on how to create an adaptation course for the adolescent age group. We received mostly positive feedback on the program from student evaluations. Conclusions: According to the theoretical part, we prepared and subsequently implemented the adaptation course. Based on the evaluation of the sub-objectives regarding the pupils' CP on the programmes, we fulfilled them and concluded that we would modify or change two programmes of the implemented course completely. Conception and Preparation of Special Physical Training Courses in the Czech Armed Forces

The bachelor thesis focuses on the description of military climbing as an educational process in relation to the military curriculum. The thesis describes the system of documents that are central to the development of courses and training in the Army of the Czech Republic. In general, the thesis describes the importance of individual publications or regulations and attempts to focus on details that are essential for education. The aim of this thesis is to make recommendations based on interviews with climbing instructors and further analysis. The recommendations should help the Army instructors improve their training through possibly newly written publications that could contribute to better education.
Adaptation course in schools

The bachelor thesis deals with adaptation courses in schools and their influence on the formation of new classroom collectives. In the theoretical part, attention is paid mainly to the meaning of adaptation courses, the definition of their most frequent participants (adolescents) and the definition of experiential pedagogy, which is an inherent part of these courses. The research part presents the research objectives (pupils' expectations from the course and their reflections), the chosen research sample (sixth grade pupils of the Třešt'Primary School) and the research procedure used (quantitative research in the form of a questionnaire survey)
Reflecting the needs of participants of a language summer camp

This bachelor´s thesis is aimed at inspecting the needs of participants of a language summer camp, where a special attention is paid to the area of the English language. The aim of the thesis is to provide the analysis of the needs of participants, which will enable the course leaders to revise the current syllabus. This thesis has two parts - theoretical and practical. The theoretical part is focused on the terminology of needs and wishes, their reflexion and analysis. At the same time, there are defined aims, the language ones and also others, which should be accomplished during the language camp. The practical part contains qualitative research, wherein pen and paper interviews are analysed, as with participants so with their lectors. In the end a confrontation of both types of the interviews and the final analysis of achieved needs and aims is presented.

The bachelor's thesis "Marketing plan of the Vrátil winery" in the theoretical part first deals with the enumeration of terms contained in the text and follows on from the theoretical part based on the study and selection of suitable literature for creating a strategy. The basics presented in the theoretical part are further elaborated into the practical part. The practical part begins with getting to know the situation on the market, introducing the company and its milestones, which is followed by the processing of analyses. From the analyses, the most important elements for the subsequent creation of the strategy and its implementation were derived, where a procedure for creating content on social networks is proposed.
On the edge - art therapy as inspiration for art education

This bachelor's thesis named : On the Edge-Art Therapy as an Inspi rati on for Art Educati on, focuses on activities and approache s which are typical for art therapy and views them through the lens of an art teacher . The theoretical part of th is thesis focuses on education: it defines the go als of education, and the rol es and competencies of a teacher. It also focuses on the specifications of the education area of Arts and culture. This knowledge is then co mpared with the concept of art therapy. The thesis names the basic objectives of this discipline and lists t he main approaches and methods used in this field. Based on these definitions, the text summarises the fundamental differences between educational and therapeutic work and researches it s analogies . Additionally, the thesis provides us with examples o f specific activities and alters them for educational needs in the form o f a brief manual. This manual contains five activities that could function as an inspiration for art teachers. The didactics of this thesis o ffers a reflection and feedback on two select ed activities that were put to the test in the 4th grade of elementary school. Goal Setting in the Climate Policy of the EU

Master's Thesis Lucie Vinařská SS 2022 Abstract This master's thesis deals with goal setting in the climate policy of the European Union. It examinates in detail the available literature on goal setting in the context of the general global, but more importantly, European governance. The aim of this thesis is to define factors that contribute to successful goal setting, which ensures that the goals can be used as an efficient governance strategy. These factors are (a) nature of the problem, (b) character of the actors, (c) the principal features of the setting and (d) mobilisation of support in specific cases, (e) funding, (f) scientific knowledge, (g) origin of the goal (h) translation of goals. The cases were chosen due to their ability to cover three distinct decades of EU's climate policy development. In each of these three cases, the goal setting process was described according to the criteria using official documents of the EU institutions such as the European Commission's communications or Council of the European Union's conclusions, official websites of the EU institutions or official reports. Based on the research, the goal setting process became much more comprehensive in terms of its length and the quantity of work necessary for a goal to be set.
