The goal of the thesis was to design a small vineyard in the vicinity of the Strachotín town, together with other functions (wine production, tasting, accommodation, sheepfold, cheese production and accommodation for winemakers). The basis for the area design comes from the concept of urban landscape, defining the landscape (function division, usability of the territory, views, …), as well as the placement of main structures (vineyard) and smaller accompanying constructions. The size and function of the vineyard (the core part of the thesis) are based on its requirements to be operational, as well as possibilities given by the location. The aim of the project is to design a public building in the place, where phenomena of Pálava mountains, reflecting water surface and wine tradition meet. It is right in the area of Strachotín village. Project is trying to harness the power of these qualities to create a special attractive house. But also, the house is showing the viewer new perspective on these entities, which would not be seen without it. The location and concept of this wine house is strengthening the link between village and Pálava reflected in water. Therefore, the main part of interior is oriented exactly on the axis between these two poles. Secondarily, house contains the small museum of local history. In terms of technical aspects, we are dealing with the floating house, which is not affecting the building of dyke in no way.

The topic of the bachelor thesis is an object of the Marcinčák winery in Novosedly. This project is developed on the basis of the previous project form subject AG032 from the school year 2018/2019. The design is divided into three buildings of different functions. Individual functions consist of production, representative part and accommodation. Second and third class roads lead to the construction site. The solved area is located on a hill without surrounding buildings. The production building is sunk underground. The remaining two objects are partially recessed. the representation part and accommodation part is covered by a common roof with an overhang. Parking lot is located behind the buildings and is situated higher than other buildings. It is connected to the buildings by a ramp and a staircase, which covers the overhang of the roof at the front of the building. The appearance of the building is to resemble a bird hovering over a vineyard. Colour and technical design are also adapted to this idea. Buildings are dark in colour and the roof is bright to make it look lighter. The main building structures are designed from reinforced concrete. The inner load-bearing walls are made of aerated concrete. Barrier-free access is solved for all buildings. The accommodation also has a room for the disabled. in the representative part there are shops with a reception, tasting rooms, catering, sanitary facilities and facilities for staff. There is also a technical room for both buildings in this section. Buildings are also accessible to cyclists, as the area is located in the area of cycle paths.

The solved territory is situated in the picturesque part of the South Moravian Region in the village of Strachotín. The local environment invites you to create a pleasant holiday space. That's why I designed a winery object with a holiday accommodation in the vineyard and a water museum with a spiritual space inside the water reservoir. The built-up area is designed on two axis lines. The first axis is the connecting line of the historic wine village of Pouzdřany, with the highest peak of the Pavlovské vrchy. There is a vineyard object on this axis. The second axis comes from the neighboring wine village of Popice and heads to the Nove Mlýny water reservoir in the center and to the church of St. Linharta, which protrudes from the water as a remnant of the flooded village of Mušov. That is why a water museum and a spiritual place to think are on the axis. At the intersection of these two axes there is a lookout tower and a main parking area for visitors.
