The topic of this bachelor's thesis is strategic analysis of company Pivovar Vysoký Chlumec a.s. The main targets of this thesis are analysis of company's position and try to recommend some suggestions to the future with some tools of strategic analysis, which should help for develop the company. For the evaluation of actual position will be used methods like PEST analysis, Porter model of 5 forces, VRIO analysis, financial analysis and SWOT analysis that summarize the whole strategic analysis. On the basis of the SWOT analysis there will be formulated the strategic recommendation for the future that should help the company in the beer market. These strategies can be also an inspiration for management and their plans for developing the company.
Strategic analysis of the company

This diploma thesis deals with the strategic analysis of L'Oréal, the company active on the market of fast moving consumer goods in the field of cosmetics. Based on strategic analysis, the main aim of thesis is to create a revenue growth strategy, identify competitive benefits, and identify threats. The theoretical part explains the basic concepts of strategic analysis. External environment of company is described by using PEST analysis and explaining new trends in the field of fast moving market. Internal environment of company is described by using analysis of competition, evaluation of the company's resources and Porter's five forces analysis. The methods and analysis described in theoretical part are used for LOréal and its surroundings in practical part of thesis. The company's portfolio is evaluated by using BCG matrix. Based on the results summarized in the SWOT analysis author come up with suggestions and recommendations for the future of the company.

Title: Application of the theory Service-Profit Chain on the example of sport event Gigathlon Czech Republic 2016 Objectives: The main objective of this thesis is application of the theory Service-Profit Chain on the example of sport event Gigathlon Czech Republic 2016. Another partial task is to evaluate the internal and external environment of the race Gigathlon Czech Republic and on the basis of data analysis to determine the suggestions and recommendations for improvement that will be passed to race organizers. Methods: Using the theory of Service-Profit Chain and its individual parts, the sport event Gigathlon Czech Republic 2016 is analyzed. Data concerning internal environment of the event are obtained using methods of semi-structured interview with the main event organizers. To analyse the external environment is used the online questionnaire distributed among the participants of the race. These methods are supplemented by own participant observation during the sport event. Results: After application of the theory of Service-Profit Chain on the example of Gigathlon Czech Republic in 2016 it is not possible to fully confirm all the supposed relationship between different parts of the chain. This diploma thesis deals with marketing strategy of small hotel. Theoretical bases of work create theoretical background for next part of diploma thesis, which introduces hotel and used marketing mix. The improvements in tools of marketing mix are recommended based on performed analyzes and questionnaire survey and help to create suggestions to increase awereness of existence a company by potential customers and increase amount of reservations in the hotel.
Enviromental Analysis of the Chosen Organization

The primary purpose of this study is to determine internal and external environment of the selected organization. The ability to analyse, understand and describe environment belongs to basic skills of each manager. The thesis is divided into two parts. The literature research gives a detailed description of primary used analyses like PESTLE or SWOT. These analyses including the financial analyses create the required basis but only by using them together not each of them separately. The empirical part of this study is based on application of the mentioned analyses to the chosen company. The interview with one or more managers are used as the source of information. This study is aimed to enhance current status of the company and after evaluation it gives managers opportunities to improve for example supply, sales or internal communication.

In the practical part of the thesis it was used marketing situational analysis that examines the internal and external environment of the selected company. Information from the analyzes were summarized and evaluated in a SWOT analysis.SWOT analysis revealed the strengths and weaknesses of the company, opportunities and threats. To analyze the external environment is used SLPETA analysis, Porter's 5 forces model and to analyze the internal environment the 7S. The results are summarized with a SWOT analysis and the conclusion of the work are given possible recommendations and proposals for sub-strategic objectives. All recommendations comply with the rules SMART and are in line with company strategy.
