Evaluation of non-formal education in Junák - Association of Scouts and Guides of the Czech republic and processing innovative ideas for the preparation of instructors

This Bachelor thesis evaluates the current state of informal education in the organization Junák - Association of Scouts and Guides of the Czech republic. It focuses specifically on the highest possible qualification - the instructor qualification. The thesis consists of theoretical and empiric part. The theoretical part provides historical context of Czech scouting, scouting principles and mission; it also describes the education system with special focus on the instructor qualification. The empiric part contains a survey conducted among the participants of instructor courses and instructors. The survey was aimed at the understanding and perception of the role of instructor and education of instructors from both points of view. The conclusion contains recommendations based on the results of the survey. Keywords: instructor, qualification, scouting, role, competence, education

Annotation: This bachelor's thesis is engaged in care of the soul as a task and possibility for a person who tries not only to cultivate and educate themselves, but also to be good - as a good and just citizen who contributes by good lives of all people around them through reciprocity and responsibility for human souls. And mainly those who try to be good and focus on true ideas and try to live authentic life of enhanced being in truth, justice and especially good. All people hold this wonderful possibility in their hands and it is only up to them which way they choose.

Family Policy in the Programmatic of the Chosen Czech Political Parties

The main premise of this thesis is that political parties are policy actors and that they have an influence on the family policy in the Czech Republic. This paper analyzes political programs of ČSSD, KDU-ČSL and ODS. The qualitative approach to research of party documents was employed. The conclusion is that the core idea of family policy is the relationship of each party to the term "family" (which social meaning it bears) and to the state. This idea has an influence on setting the themes of family policy in the programmatic and on proposing family policy tools. The relationship between "family" and "state" is the space where the ideas of political parties meet. However, there are some themes in which it is possible to find partial or full parity. We can see in these themes some outside conditions, which have an influence on setting themes and tools. In some cases they can move the core idea of family policy in the programmatic of the chosen political parties.

Philosophy of extreme voluntarism (Schopenhauer) and its influence on later authors (Friedrich Nietzche and Ladislav Klima)

The work deals with the extreme voluntarism and his influence on later authors. First, is the work of Schopenhauer explained the concept of the metaphysical will. Here is insights will primarily as a form of objectification and the closest is served objectification of the body, understood as object.In next section, this will monitored in philosophy of Ladislav Klíma and his idea of egodeism. For Klíma however, metaphysical will lose its transcendent ability and insight from a purely subjective point of view. The last part is mentioned Friedrich Nietzsche, whose theory of the will to power and the death of God, could be an inspiration for the Klíma's idea of egodeism.

Europe's helplessness and suppressed the power of ideas

First, the article summarizes results achieved by the European Union in terms of the economic crises. On the basis of official statistics and statements then the author concludes that Europe is in a multiplied crisis which cannot be got over by established ways of political and economical actions. A possible solution is found in materialist concept of ideas which can act as an economical factor.

Corporate culture in selected company

I tried to give account of corporate culture of bigger company in South Bohemia in this diploma paper. I´m analyzing (through the use of questionnaires and "TBSD test") collective team and work environment of this company.I can suggest some new relevant disposals on the basis of discovered facts. These information could abet to improvement of corporate culture and thereby can also abet to increase productivity of labour. Due to these measures could increase efficiency of this company and improve its status on the market.
