The Ethical Aspects in the Business, the Supply and the Demand Relation

The work deals with the comparison of the demand and the supply and also with their relation. First part is focused on the terminology, second on the supply description, third on the demand description and finally the fourth part deals with mutual interrelationship. The goal is to show the good or bad moral behavior and to point to the right way how to reach the best possible overall business strategy.
The analysis of the accommodation services in Ceske Budejovice

The thesis is mainly focused on the analysis of the tourism and accommodation services in Ceske Budejovice. The main goal of the thesis is the analysis of the accommodation facilities in Ceske Budejovice. The importace of the thesis consists in identifying the state of the supply of accommodations services, the level and the quality of the accommodation facilities in Ceske Budejovice. The study includes assessment of the current services, the breadth and the depth. In order to elaborate this thesis 134 questionnaires in the survey were obtained, 13 out of 19 hotels in Ceske Budejovice participated in the interviews. The analysis was conducted using the mystery guest services. The purpose of this thesis is also to provide observations gained as a basis for the future studies, to help develop the supply of accommodation services (and even more in the work of sub-analyzed services) in Ceske Budejovice.
Tourism in Klatovy region

Smyslem této práce je zhodnotit současnou situaci cestovního ruchu na Klatovsku jak ze strany nabídky města a okolí, tak ze strany poptávky návštěvníků. Cílem marketingového šetření je zjistit spokojenost turistů s nabízenými službami v oblasti cestovního ruchu na Klatovsku a také jejich konkrétní přání. Důležité je odhalit současné problémy, se kterými se cestovní ruch potýká a následně navrhnout řešení, jak některé nedostatky odstranit a rozvoj cestovního ruchu v regionu podpořit.
Current situation and the prerequisities for new products in tourism in DSMO Mikroregion Venkov area

The purpose of this bachelor work is the analysis of the present state and prerequisites of the creation of the new products in the tourist trade segment in DSMO Mikroregion Venkov area. The region disposes enough primary offer in the tourist trade segment and mainly in the historic cultural segments and the beauties of nature. All these allow the tourist wide spectrum of the trips to the surround area, mainly one-day trips. We can anticipate, that a product {\clqq}Za krásami DSMO Mikroregionu Venkov {--} vybraná část {--} okolí Chýnova směr přírodní park Polánka`` my help to increase the visit rate of the region. In my opinion we can say, that the region we are describing in my work is very attractive locality for the development of the tourist trade, because of the analysis of the information from different information sources and also the dates from personal appointments. There is a high potential, which one if good used, my essentially influence the level of the tourist trade in the current region. After the conclusion of my personal appointments and interviews with visitors of the current region is the area valuated very positively and it is important impulsion for the development and improvement of the touristic trade.
The mental maps and thein utilization in the tourism

This diploma work takes and describes for the main objective the evolution and the formation of mental maps. These mental maps join with the idea of a travelling and with a travel tourism. The partial objective is the project for an exploitation of these knowledges for the travel tourism. This research is specialized in the basic school students where is the evolution the most descriptive. The evolution of the mental maps is assumed by students of secondary schools and by older informants. The evolution of these mental maps confirms the anylysis of questionnaires.
Analysis of tourist services in a selected tourist region

The main topic of the Master Paper is to describe and analyze tourist services offered in the selected region of Vysočina and to find out suitable forms of tourism in given region. The first part contains the essential definitions of tourism, characteristic features of the demand and offer in tourist services. The chapter also introduces the terms "sustainable development" and "environment friendly" forms of tourism. The second part briefly introduces the region of Vysočina. Next part contains an analysis of tourist service offer distributed into primary and secondary offer. This part introduces the opportunities for hiking, cycling and golf. Next chapter deals with the analysis of visitors to the region. The conclusion summarizes the findings of the previous chapters, giving an evaluation of the tourist services in the region in general.

The bachelor essay deals with the influence of economic, legal, social and moral aspects on subjects that represent market supply of prostitution. At the beginning there are briefly described the reasons and substance of the shadow economy, there are also defined notion of prostitution and possible ways of this activity. The next part of the essay focuses on the market, subjects that represent market supply and market demand, legalization and taxation of prostitution. The theoretical part of bachelor essay also study the prostitution in Czech Republic and it's legal regulations, public notice, draft laws in 2005 and 2008. In practical part there are described research technique, target group and presumed intent of this essay. The information source for market research of prostitution in nightclubs is oral interview with prostitutes and with manager of disorderly house. The target of bachelor essay is to find out what has an influence on behaviour of prostitutes and their managers and to determine whether the market supply of prostitution will be changed.
Analysis of Environmental Education in Firms

Environmental education is one of the voluntary environmental tools that can positively influence implementation of environmental protection actions. The target groups of environmental education are children and youth, public administration, firms and public in general. Environmental education brings positive environmental effects for the environment and also positive economic effects for firms which implement it. These diploma theses analyze demand and supply of the environmental education focused on firms in the Czech Republic. Methodology of the demand analysis is based on individual in-depth interviews with the use of questionaire and sample of the research are small and medium enterprises situated in Hradec Králové region. Methodology of the supply analysis is a desk research method.
Analysis of the offers of tour operators in relation to chosen territory

Theoretical part of the thesis clarifies basic expressions from the area of tourism, spa tourism and of the activities of tour operators and travel agencies. There is a further characteristics of a chosen territory - Czech Republic, Slovakia and Hungary with the emphasis on spa tourism and wellness in this region. Practical part of the thesis analyses and judges spa and wellness stays according to chosen criteria presently offered by travel agencies and tour operators in those countries. Comparison and analysis of separate offers is stated by means of marketing mix.
