This bachelor’s thesis deals with the system of appraisal and remuneration in the company of KULIČKOVÉ ŠROUBY KUŘIM, a. s.. The theoretical part is focused mainly on motivation, methods of employee appraisal, forms of remuneration and employees´ benefits. The practical part offers the analysis of the current situation in the company. The research is based on the questionnaire method. The final part comprises recommendations and my own suggestions how to improve the current system of appraisal and remuneration in the company.

This thesis “The proposal of change the combination compensation for employees of selected company” analysis issues related with combination compensation in the company Alfa a. s. and suggestion for improvement. Firstly, the theoretical part focuses on the explanation of remuneration expressions. Secondly, in the practical part there is a characterization of personal politics and combination compensation of company Alfa a. s. The proper research deals with questionnaire survey and its evaluation. At the end, there are some improvements suggested, for the current combination compensation improvement.

Bachelor´s thesis meaning about reward current system in company for the better work productivity and motivation to work. The first part of this thesis focuses on explanation of the terms - compensation, wages, motivation and their inter-relationship. In the second part I evaluate contemporary remun eration system on the basis of the results arising from the analysis, and I review the satisfaction of the employees with it. From these results due to achieved knowledge I recommend changes that I include into the contemporary remuneration system.
