Medical center Hlinsko

This diploma thesis deals with the design and elaboration process of a project documentation of medical center in city Hlinsko. New building is situated in the northern part of the city in the area determined for constructions of public infrastructure. It´s a four-floor object with partial basement and slant mansard and flat vegetative roof.Object is based on foundation strips and footings made from reinforced concrete.The bearing and internal walls are designed from KALKSANDSTEIN lime sand blocks.The beams and collums are used in the placed designed with open disposition.The ceiling in 1.PP is designed as reinforced concrete for securing fire safety.The rest od ceiling constructions is designed from prestressed concrete panels SPIROLL,with exception in 4.NP,where the ceiling constructions are made from solid roof system YTONG KOMFORT,which is layed on frame system made of steel and reinforced concrete.The peripheral walls of 1.PP are made from lost formwork, which is insulated with extruded polystyrene.The walls in floors above ground are insulated with combination of external thermal insulation system (ETICS) and ventilated facade with CEMBRIT SOLID and PATINA facade cladding panels. The building is functionally divided into several part.Cafe, pharmacy, ambulance and medical center, each with it´s own entrance.Pharmacy is equipped with shop, medicine mixer and storage.Ambulance is equipped with garage slots, background for employees, room of crisis preparedness and operating center.Medical centrum is equipped with emergency, RTG, operating theater, rehabilitations and other types of examination rooms.Each examination room is equipped with waiting room.For more comfort the center has a background for employees.The whole object is designed with forced air exchange. Designed object is barrier-free.In front of the building is situated parking slots for cars, motorbikes and ambulances.Total number of slots is 74 places, which 5 is designed for disabled people.
Detached house in Libáň

This bachelors thesis is focused on design of family house in Libáň. It is designed as a detached, two-storey house with cellar under technical part. It will be in service as permanent residence for a family with four members. The roof of the house will be designed as a flat roof with green roof system. Perpendicular constructions are made of Porotherm systems and precast floor slab is made of prestressed concrete floor slab from company Spiroll. The house plan contains also a two-car garage. The project was designed in ArchiCad and 3D model was made in Lumion. All the conctructions are in Czech Technical standarts.

This bachelor thesis deals with the design and processing of the design documentation for the construction of a new double generation family house, which is located in the cadastral unit of the village of Hartvíkovice on plot no 3478/15. The house is divided into two dwelling units (A, B). The flat A for a four-member family (parents with children) and the flat B for a two-member family (grandparents). The object is designed as a double floor and partly basement. The house is roofed with two mono-pitched roofs that are connected in the ridge and a flat roof with a vegetation. Construction system wall, brick from brick´s blocks, basement is from permanent formwork. The bachelor thesis is elaborated in the form of project documentation for construction.
High standard detached house on a slope

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to elaborate project documentation of construction of a high standard detached house on a slope. The building is self-standing and is set on a sloping terrain in the cadastral territory of the city of Brno, in the district Žabovřesky. The ground plan of the house is designed in the shape of letter L. One storey is partly in basement, one storey is planted in the terrain and one is above ground. Garage for four cars is part of the building connected to the house by a fire door in the vestibule. The roof is designed flat and vegetative. The entrance to the building is situated from the northern side. Here is also the entrance to the ground which is from the adjacent local road. The construction system is made of reinforced concrete skeleton consisting of columns and beams. The KMB Sendwix panel has a contact isolation system. Horizontal constructions are designed from pre-stressed Spiroll ceiling panels and KMB Sendwix system components. The internal and external stairwells are reinforced concrete, prefabricate. Through the leeward to the basement on the ground floor of the building, we enter the residential part of the family house, but also into the garage and dressing room. From the hall we get to the study, the room with toilet and bathroom. The bedroom are includes with a dressing room, a bathroom and a toilet. Furthermore, there are two symmetrical rooms, each of which has its own dressing room, loggia, bathroom and a toilet. All bathrooms and the hall on this floor are fitted out with roof skylights. The hall, connected by a staircase to the first basement, connects to the corridor that is connecting the living rooms with a technical and also a relaxing part of the house. From the kitchen and the dining room we reach the wine cellar, cellar and living room. The subject of this thesis is to create a project documentation of the design of the new development, a boarding house with a restaurant and wellness centre. The object is designed as a detached building with two floor and wine cellar. The first floor above ground contains a restaurant and wellness centre. On the second floor there are 14 rooms for rent. The object foundation base are foundation strips. The load-bearing structure is a clay masonry and prestressed concrete floor slabs Spiroll. The object is roofed with a flat green roof. The drawing is processed with help of AutoCAD software.
Chalet

The aim of this thesis is to design a mountain chalet. Chalet is intended for recreation and accommodation for 23 persons and is designed to gently sloping land in the village of Horní Bečva. The building has two floors without a basement. The main entrance to the building is from the southern side entrance for staff is on the eastern side and the other side entrance to the building is from the north. Part of the building for accommodation is situated on the 2nd floor. Perimeter and interior bearing walls are designed from brick blocks Porotherm in 2.NP then the inner walls of plasterboard. The construction of a roof over the main part of the building is made up of wooden roof purlin system, a roof over your wellness zone is flat vegetation, and the roof over the vestibule is flat with classical music. The main part of the building is covered with a gable roof with a slope of 35 degrees inclinations flat roof over the vestibule wellness zone and 3%.
Building for sport activities, Kroměříž

In this thesis I solve draft of new building of sport´s centre on the level of documentation for construction. The house is located on the outskirt of Kroměříž. It is a building without the basement which consist of one floor part and three floor part on the area of 531,73 m2. The plot´s terrain is flat. The circuit structure consist of reinforced concrete walls with ventilated facade – metal and wooden. Above one part of the floor plan there is flat green roof, above the other ther is barrel roof with glue laminated girders and compact roofing made of foamglass and metal sheet. In the building the is a hall with climbing wall, two smaller halls and one bigger, sanitary facilities for visitors and cafe/bar.
Fire station in Pacov

This Diploma thesis is a project documentation of a fire station building. It is about a spacious building that contains space and equipment needed for working of the fire station of professional and voluntary firefighters. The construction is situated at the edge of the town Pacov in Vysočina region. Downstairs there are placed garages for firefighters ‘vehicles, technical areas and a changing room. Upstairs there are offices, a gym, and rooms for firefighters. The building has a rectangular floor plan with a flat vegetation roof. The building is made of calcareous sandstone blocks with contact insulation.
Detached house in Omice

The subject of the bachelor’s thesis is processing of the technical part of the project documentation for the new two-storey house, which is located in the village Omice. The object is situated in a steep terrain, which was used for an architectonic conception of the house – the first floor is from northeast part embedded into the ground. Detached house is roofed by a flat green roof. The main living areas are divided into the social area in first floor and the resting area in second floor. A garage with a storage space and terrace accessible from the living room belongs to the object.

For that phase is handled by a engineering report, assessment transport routes, bill of quantities and itemized budget, technological prescription, design of site equipment, construction schedule, design of machine assembly , inspection and quality plan and work safety. It also includes a drawing of the site.
