Předmětem bakalářské práce je novostavba rodinného domu v Libáni. Objekt je navržen jako samostatně stojící, dvoupodlažní, částečně podsklepený. Bude sloužit jako trvalé bydlení pro čtyřčlennou rodinu. Zastřešení objektu je řešeno plochou vegetační střechou. Svislé konstrukce jsou navrženy ze systému Porotherm. Stropní konstrukce jsou z předpjatých železobetonových panelů Spiroll. Garáž je součástí domu a je určena pro 2 osobní vozidla. Projekt byl zpracován v programu ArchiCad. Vizualizace též v programu ArchiCad a také programu Lumion. Veškeré konstrukce odpovídají platným normám ČSN. This bachelors thesis is focused on design of family house in Libáň. It is designed as a detached, two-storey house with cellar under technical part. It will be in service as permanent residence for a family with four members. The roof of the house will be designed as a flat roof with green roof system. Perpendicular constructions are made of Porotherm systems and precast floor slab is made of prestressed concrete floor slab from company Spiroll. The house plan contains also a two-car garage. The project was designed in ArchiCad and 3D model was made in Lumion. All the conctructions are in Czech Technical standarts.
