The bachelor's thesis is focused on lifting equipment that are used in smaller repair shops and services. In the first theoretical part, a survey of currently used and industrially produced workshop lifting equipment is carried out. In the second part, the design of the workshop gantry crane verified by functional and dimensional calculations is described, and finally the structural solution supplemented by the drawing documentation of the crane.

This bachelor thesis deals with the design of a remotely controlled tracked vehicle for the transport of pallets on unstable ground. The aim of the work is to make a short research of similar tracked transport machines and to design concept including choice of vehicle drive, design of pallet lifting equipment and strength calculations of sub-parts.

This bachelor thesis deals with the design of an alternative atypical construction of a column crane including important strength calculations according to specified parameters: arm extension length 4000 mm, lift height 8500 mm, load capacity 2000 kg. Part of this work is also elaboration of technical report with analysis of construction, selection of suitable hoist with important calculations. Further draw a construction drawing of the column crane assembly according to the entered parameters and a detailed drawing of the column.

Production technology of a lifting equipment for tractor cooler

The thesis focuses on production technology of the lifting equipment for a tractor cooler. This device is used in order to ease the installation of a cooler during the manufacturing of a tractor. In the first chapter, various types of the lifting equipment are described. In the following chapters manufacturing methods, machines and tools for the production of the specific component are described. Furthermore, materials and manufacturing processes for the complementation of the specific component are proposed. In the conclusion, the methods for the manufacturing are suggested, the timescale is calculated and the technical-economical evaluation is performed.

This bachelor's thesis deals with the design of static placement table for lifting loaded EUR palettes. Load capacity of the manipulator should be at least 1500 kg and lift height from the zero position at least 700 mm. Furthermore it should be possible to switch between electrical and hydraulic drive. This thesis consists of two parts, technical report and drawing documentation.

Suggestion of a car workshop lift

The theme of this bachelor thesis concerns vehicle lifting equipment. The opening section presents a comprehensive categorization of commonly supplied equipment according to its design. The main section deals with a design proposal for the author’s equipment. This includes functional and strength calculations, material choice and dimensions of the individual elements. The final section of the paper contains a composite drawing and a technical documentation of the selected components.

This master's thesis is focused on the design of handling and lifting equipment of production line. This thesis deals with the design of the frame for transverse feed of 100 mm and longitudinal feed of 1500 mm. The thesis deals with the design of several lifting equipment for load capacity 1450 kg and stroke 120 mm. The main part of this thesis is focused on appropriate calculations for selected variants of lifting equipment. The conclusion contains comparison lifting constructions and description equipment in the production line. The thesis contains assembly drawings of several lifting equipment variants and assembly drawings of equipment.

The second part deals with the design of the mobile gantry crane. The functional calculation of the designed structure, strength checks of the main parts, the design of the used components, the design of the construction and the drawing of the drawing documentation are performed.

Preparation for rough superstructure steel buildings in Uničov

The main purpose of the bachelor thesis is to describe technological state of rough upper construction of the steel production hall which is part of the location of the company Melites s.r.o, I will design optimal working procedure for the most effective construction regarding the foundations of the construction. I will focus on different variants of the lifting equipment. Furthermore, I will concentrate on fire prevention systems for steel constructions while applying the knowledge on this particular object. In addition, the thesis includes budget, monitoring and test plan and schedule of work in which I will mention also building envelope of the steel hall.
