Innovation Process Procedure in Engineering

This master thesis presents the evaluation of the innovation process procedure in engineering, including the description of its steps. First, the basic terms related to the specified topic are interpreted. Then, based on the analysis of innovative and economic company environment, the final proposal is formulated. This suggestion regards investment decisions and economic aspects such as production costs, sales revenue and added value. To conclude, the resulting recommendations provide the assessment of the current state of the innovation process that involves possible measures contributing to streamlining the whole process.

The main goal of the bachelor's thesis is to develop a proposal for brand expansion measures to a new market with an emphasis on strengthening the competitiveness of the brand in the market. The theoretical part includes theoretical background, which is based mainly on the methodology of the authors Ko Floor and Keller. The analytical part focuses on the evaluation of the current potential of the brand and the analysis of competitors in the planned market. Following the performed analyzes, measures in the area of communication leading to the expansion of the brand are proposed in the design part.
Development of Competitiveness of Company Focused on Customer Value Creation

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to submit a proposal to increase competitiveness of a company operating as a franchise, dealing with the sale of healthy and quality food. The analysis of the company is done using various methods, while the main method used is the value chain in combination with a customer analysis. The customer analysis is executed using a questionnaire survey and a focus group. An outcome of the combination of the value chain and the customer analysis identifies potential shortcomings and a space for improvements. The result of this bachelor thesis are proposals aimed at increasing the company´s competitiveness.

The primary analysis of analytical tools is focused on market optimization. The design part will focus on the summary of measures for expansion including assessment of their implementation.
The Application of Lean Production in the Company

Lean production determine the appropriate way to better workplace organization based on the elimination of various types of wasting, which only increase costs without adding customer value. It isn't important only implementation of lean production methods, but especially maintenance of lean principles and creating an atmosphere of continuous improvement. Lean production is the philosophy, which must be accepted by all em-ployees inside every company. It is the way to successful business in the 21st century. This thesis deals with the application of lean production in the selected company. The practical part describes the selected company, its history and manufacturing program. The next part is focused on description of the production center and its production layout. The result of this thesis is creating the product layout plan depending on the material flow and additional proposals for improvement.

The content of this diploma thesis is to propose a business strategy for the newly established company, which will operate on the Czech market. The subject of the business is the operation of a special gastronomic facility created by combining two concepts of café and tea room with a focus on differentiation. The business strategy focuses on establishing a new company that defines its competitive behavior within the three-year horizon. Suggestions are focused on building a successful business and doing business to bring it a competitive advantage. On the basis of the analyzes conducted, they have computed competing enterprises, customers or internal business factors and will propose an appropriate company development strategy that will ensure its profitable prosperity. My goal is to create a unique, competitive and profitable business that meets all the requirements of its customers.
CRM of the selected bank subject

The bachelor thesis deals with customer relationship management of selected bank subject. Theoretical part discusses explanation of the term CRM and several reasons why this system should be used. What benefits can bring implementation of this system and what barriers can be in connection with it. Then is also focused on customer value and value for the customer. This thesis also pays attention to customer satisfaction and customer care. In the practical part are those knowledges applied on one of the bank institution in Czech Republic. Final part includes suggestions for improvement.

Marketing strategy for CRM IS

The Master’s thesis deals with the issue of the proposal of a marketing strategy in Melzer company in the area of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) of Information Systems (IS). It concentrates on modern marketing conception and emphasizes the necessity of effective CRM. It explains important factors in connection with successful CRM IS implementation. It analyses domestic market of CRM IS including information system QI which is supplied by Melzer company as well as an internal CRM atmosphere in the firm. In the practical part there are analytical conclusions and recommendations leading to the proposal of the marketing strategy. This should significantly enable the firm to penetrate into the market of CRM IS and become successful.

Theoretical part presents readers with basic concepts of customer relationship management, its principles, development and strategy. Furthermore, pays attention to customer and their value. Methodical part defines the method of analysis, which is applicated in practical part. Practical part is focused on a specific company, on its introduction, history and analysis of internal and external environment. In conclusion of this thesis individual recommendations and improvement proposals are listed.
