Design of Parking Meter
Csadiová, Dominika ; Sládek, Josef (referee) ; Rubínová, Dana (advisor)
The bachelor thesis is focused on the design of a parking meter. The work contains an analysis of current products and the design of a new product based on the information obtained. The design meets the ČSN EN 12414 standard. The parking meter emphasizes ergonomics, integrates lighting and new solar panel technologies.
Design of a photovoltaic system with battery storage for a company
Šmatlo, Filip ; Maule, Petr (referee) ; Vaněk, Jiří (advisor)
The bachelor thesis is focused on design of the photovoltaic system for the company. The first part describes electricity production from the sun. There are described technologies of production of photovoltaic cells and technology of individual component of photovoltaic system. Furthermore, the concepts of photovoltaic systems and types of connections of these systems to the distribution network are described. Also the Czech legislation, recycling and safety in the field of photovoltaics are described. In the practical part of the thesis is created photovoltaic power station located on the roof of the building. Results of simulation of photovoltaic system created in PVSOL design program are described.
Energy performance of kindergarten
Mahovská, Adriana ; Vyhlídalová, Karolína (referee) ; Horák, Petr (advisor)
The bachelor’s thesis elaborates two energy performance certificates of kindergarten in the variant for the current status and the new state. The theoretical part deals with solar collectors. Computational part contains specification of building structures and power systems. It always includes a comparison of the default and the new state. The economic assessment is determined by the return on investment in revitalization. As part of the mandatory analysis of alternative sources, a proposal for a solar system for partial hot water heating will be established. The project part contains two processed EPCs (building energy performance certificate) for this building.
Effective Technologies for Heating
Čapoš, Eduard ; Špiláček, Michal (referee) ; Lisý, Martin (advisor)
The aim of this bachelor thesis is to summarize knowledge about current methods of heating family houses with it’s main focus on description and comparison. Second part of this thesis compares chosen methods applied on the model house.
Design of Hybrid Photovoltaic Inverter
Makarova, Anastasia ; Křenek, Ladislav (referee) ; Sovják, Richard (advisor)
Bachelor thesis resolve a design of 3 phase hybrid photovoltaic inverter. The work includes design and technical analysis of the current market. The final product solution meets the technical and ergonomic requirements and keeps the originally appearance. The device is designed for use indoor and outdoor.
Energy balance of landscape surface in forested and agricultural catchment
SCHNEEDÖRFLER, Marek
This diploma thesis deals with the statistical evaluation of the energy balance of landscape surface and its other chosen specifications via remote sensing and ground meteorological features. The thesis also includes the mapping of the landscape cover and its influence on the microclimate in the given area. The Novohradské Mountains, specifically the catchment of Bedřichovsky creek became the model area for this type of research. As each group of Land Cover (forest, permanent of grass cover, arable land, buildings) appears right in the catchment of Bedřichovský potok, it is suitable to evaluate the energy balance right in there.
Optimization of the solar system designed for DHW school canteens heating
Doskočil, Filip ; Vaněk, Jiří (referee) ; Bača, Petr (advisor)
Masters’s thesis describes the use of solar energy for solar thermal systems used for domestic hot water heating. It is about the size of the incident solar radiation on Earth. Distributes various types of solar collectors for water heating. It deals with the monitoring, remote management of this system and the design of optimal control used in this area.
Solar energy support in the Czech Republic in 2006-2016
Štěch, Martin ; Lukášová, Tereza (advisor) ; Maule, Petr (referee)
The aim of this bachelor thesis is to analyze the efficiency of solar energy support in the Czech Republic in 2006-2016. The paper shows the progressive development of photovoltaics, including economic and political impacts. Furthermore, the thesis deals with the position of the Czech Republic in the Europe 2020 program in terms of increasing the representation of renewable resources. The aim of the thesis is to find out whether there are negative externalities in supporting solar energy. In the theoretical part, the work is first devoted to the Czech Republic's energy sector, including renewable resources, energy policy and then to the development of the photovoltaic system. The practical part evaluates the efficiency of solar energy support in the Czech Republic in the chosen period. Support for solar energy seems to be economically inefficient both for the construction of large or small systems. The next part shows that the Czech Republic fulfills the criteria set by Europe 2020. The benefit of the thesis is the evaluation that solar energy support is not effective and causes negative externalities.
Discussion of socio-geographic aspects of renewable energy sources in Czechia
Görcs, Jan ; Hána, David (advisor) ; Pulec, Jan (referee)
Discussion of socio-geographic aspects of renewable energy sources in Czechia Abstract Modern society is completely dependent on electricity supplies in every aspect of life and the economy. The task of every developed country is protection and ensuring sufficient energy in the required quality. Otherwise, the lack or interruption of supply may paralyze the country's life and economy. The current energy problem lies on the fact that it is based on non-renewable energy sources with limited quantity. In addition, they have a negative impact on the environment. Renewable energy sources also provide limited solutions to the situation. This bachelor's thesis therefore analyses the assumptions, possibilities and potential of the development of renewable sources in Czech electricity, in relation to the energy position, environment, electricity, society and economy. The aim of the thesis is critical evaluation of the pros and cons of the implementation of alternative energy sources in the energy mix. Key words: renewable energy sources, alternative sources of energy, energy mix, solar energy, wind energy, water energy
