Mountain and Sport Hotel

The project designs engineering documentation of a mountain sport hotel for temporary accommodation for 55 people including firstly those with limited ability of movement and secondly a housekeeper flat with one room and a kitchenette plus sanitary facilities. The building is situated in a sky resort of the Krkonoše boarder village Dolní Malá Úpa in National Park KrNaP.The three-storey building is typical for its tin ridge roof, gable fronted and shed dormers, wooden facade, and a slope location with longitudinal parallel ground plan with level lines. Accommodation is projected on the second and third flours. On the first floor there are hotel premises like a restaurant with a kitchen, a sport requisites rental, storerooms, an office, a gym and a rehab with its own background. Construction system of the first floor is masonry whereas the second and third floors are designed as assembled wooden houses.
Evaluation of the current building structural condition of the building

The aim of this thesis is to evaluate the building technical and structural condition of the family house in Brno Lisen. The part of the thesis are the plan of methodology, implementation and evaluation of the diagnostic work. Selected components were statically evaluated and the possibly variant of the static ensure of building reconstruciton was designed.
Multifunctional houses in Řečkovice

The diploma thesis focuses on the design of a new construction of a multifunctional building in Řečkovice. The construction consists of two separate blocks connected by a basement storey with common garages. Each block has three above-ground storeys. On the first basement storey there are garages and technical facilities. On the above-ground storeys there are commercial units with own entrances from the exterior and own sanitation facilities. Furthermore there are flats of varying sizes: from single-room flats with a kitchenette to four-room flats with a kitchenette. One of the flats has been designed as adaptable (wheelchair accessible). All the flats have a recessed balcony or a terrace facing southwest. The construction is built on shallow foundation constructions. The first basement storey is from monolithic reinforced concrete. The above-ground storeys are built from Kalksandstein sand-lime blocks. The exterior walls are insulated with a contact thermal insulation system. The construction is covered by flat roofs.

Furthermore, the design of a new increase the stiffness of reinforced concrete towers and other prestress. The role was also producing construction drawings for the design of static security.
Implementation of Superstructure of Sports Centre in Butovice

This bachelor's thesis inquires into the subject of the process of technological phase of gross superstructure of the sports center in Butovice. The object is two-storeyed without cellarage. The foundation is composed of slabs and strip footings. The fabric of the building consists of reinforced concrete framework. This work deals with the construction plan, including the specification site equipment, technological prescription for masonry of the framework from the HELUZ masonry system and ventilated facade alternations through the use of glued ceramics facing. The quality of the technological processes is described in control and test plan. Mechanical set, schedule and budget are drawn up for the given phase. Another part of this work is solution of the construction organization and examination of broader transport connexions. The design considers work safety and protection of environment.
Construction of a multipurpose building

This Bachelor thesis deals with a technology of the rough upper construction of a fire station. The project of the machine set, the inspecting and testing plan, BOZP, the budget and the timetable are added to technological methods. I also worked out the technical report of the building sites facilities including drawings needed. The construction-technological solution of the supplemental thermal insulation of the fire station within the technological regulation, the heat technical assessment, the proposed location of the fasteners, the draft of final processing with respect of HBW index are also elaborated in this thesis. Variant solutions and the assessing of the suitability for using pipe and mobile scaffolding are incorporated as well.

Home for the enderly people

The thesis is focused on newly built home for the elderly people in cadastre of Vlkanec village, in Kutna Hora district. The building area is rectangular shaped, with entrance to the area situated from local tarmac road. The house is designed for barrier-free housing of forty people in twenty- six apartments. The house includes common area for providing services for local residents and residents of neighboring villages. The services provided are to be catering services, general practitioner’s office and hair/nail salon. The object consists of service building, living facilities, joined to main building as a left and a right wing and adjacent terraces. The living facilities have three floors (cellarage and two above floors). The utilities, such as laundry room, drying room, boiler room, are situated in the cellar, the apartments and the common areas are in two above-ground floors. Architectural solution of the house is outlined so it uses mostly traditional natural building material (brick, stone, wood, metal) in its inherit color. Furthermore, the project is dealing with rain water management, local communications, such as the road, car park and pavements.
Load-bearing reinforced concrete structures at the new residential building

The thesis deals with static assessment of load-bearing structures in a new family house. The house has several atypical structures. One of them is a flat roof of reinforced concrete with large overhanging ends. Furthermore, a large window lintel with a span of 8 meters, which is designed with prestressing ropes due to the large span and avoidance of lintel deflection due to the glass window underneath. The building is partly basement with a white bathtub type construction.
