One of the most important things, for functioning of the company is education and remuneration of employees, of course. Company needs as managers, accountants, charwoman, maintenance workers and mainly workers in production. Nowadays, there isn´t anybody, who doesn´t work without any remuneration reward, Whether i tis financial or verbal. At the same time companies do not accept employees who have no education Person finishes its studies at schoolor collage, but practicaly must educate for the whole life. Except for certainprofessions (charwoman). The main aim of the Bachelor thesis is to analyze education and education and remundation employees in the leader production Rendl in Pacov. The reset of the task will be analisis and recommendations for the company, which should lead to more efficient functioning of the company.

Using Softcomputing Techniques for User Behavior Prediction and Analysis

This Bachelor's thesis studies the possibilities of employee's behavior prediction and analysis. It uses softcomputing techniques, two types of neural networks - Multi-layer feedforward neural network with the Backpropagation algorithm, and Kohonen selforganizing map. The experiments performed on real activity records of employees are included. Part of the thesis is focused on activity records data and their characteristics. As a conclusion some basic information about the pros and cons of neural networks' use in the field of employee behavior prediction and analysis is given.

Nowadays, a stress is an everyday part of our life. However there are two groups of people more inclinable to stress situations like for example soldiers, policemen, graduates or managers. This work is focused on woman-managers which struggle with an increased mental and emotional burden. These women are burdened with more responsibilities then men because they must standing act the role of a mother, a caretaker or specialist in her profession. In the theoretical part we will be acquainted with basic terms in management, psychology and primarily with gender problematic. The practical part is based on a guided interviews with ten woman-managers from different divisions in selected companies and next on the questionnare. Data are evaluated by diagrams and then there are suggested appropriate recommendations to woman-managers.
