[cze][eng] V dnešní době je každodenní součástí našeho života stres. Existují však skupiny osob, které jsou ke stresovým situacím náchylnější, jako například vojáci či manažeři. Tato práce je zaměřena na manažerky, které se potýkají se zvýšenou psychickou a emocionální zátěží. Tyto ženy jsou však zatíženy více povinnostmi než muži, jelikož musí v životě zastávat i roli matky, pečovatelky či odbornice ve svém oboru. V teoretické části se seznámíme se základními pojmy v managementu, psychologii a především pak v gender problematice. Praktická část je pak založena na řízených rozhovorech s deseti manažerkami z vybraných firem v různých odvětvích a dále na dotazníkovém šetření. Data jsou vyhodnocena pomocí grafů a následně navržena vhodná doporučení manažerkám.Nowadays, a stress is an everyday part of our life. However there are two groups of people more inclinable to stress situations like for example soldiers, policemen, graduates or managers. This work is focused on woman-managers which struggle with an increased mental and emotional burden. These women are burdened with more responsibilities then men because they must standing act the role of a mother, a caretaker or specialist in her profession. In the theoretical part we will be acquainted with basic terms in management, psychology and primarily with gender problematic. The practical part is based on a guided interviews with ten woman-managers from different divisions in selected companies and next on the questionnare. Data are evaluated by diagrams and then there are suggested appropriate recommendations to woman-managers.
