Vehicle Kinematics and Dynamics Simulations
Zháňal, Lubor ; Bauer, František (referee) ; Píštěk, Václav (referee) ; Kaplan, Zdeněk (advisor)
This paper focuses on the kinematic and dynamic numerical simulation of mechanisms by applying a numerical method, and a complex simulation programme built on it, developed by the author. Described are mathematical principles of the numerical method used and also the programming progression of the important parts of the application and its optimization. The final part includes comparative measuring of the accuracy and performance.
Mathematical modeling of mechanical systems of vehicles
Zháňal, Lubor ; Svída, David (referee) ; Porteš, Petr (advisor)
This thesis deals with design and implementation of the computing system, which would allow interactive simulation of kinematics and dynamics of vehicle mechanical systems or general mechanisms with the help of modern computer technology. In the thesis is described a basic working principle, optimization of numerical simulation parameters, as well as the implementation itself in the form of functional application and its key parts. Described are also possibilities for the use of virtual reality devices in conjunction with visualization of simulation process. Final comparative tests have confirmed the functionality and high performance of the created system.
Preparation and organization of the production area's construction facility
Řeháček, Martin ; Stehlíková, Jana (referee) ; Vlčková, Jitka Laura (advisor)
This master’s thesis relate to the preparation and organization of the production area’s construction of the SPEDUR company in Žďár nad Sázavou. The thesis contents technical report on the construction technological project, construction site, time plans, project of the equipment site, draft of the mechanisms, control and testing plan, environmental plan, risks of safety and health at work and calculation for this construction.
Possibilities for testing and improving the durability of aerated concrete
Klaudová, Dana ; Voves, Jiří (referee) ; Hubáček, Adam (advisor)
This master´s thesis studies qualities of aerated concretes, is monitoring influenece concrete composition, quantity of aerating admixture and plasticized admixture on the durability of concrete. It is monitored especially air flow and his influence on durability on concrete. In theoretical part are explained mechanisms of damage concrete, phenomena, which influence compressive strength of concrete and then there are the results of resistance against the influence of chemical defrosting substances. In experimental work were designed, mixed and tested recipe of concerete. We investigated different atribute, especially resistance of the chemical defrosting and air flow in hardened concrete. The result of master´s thesis is effect of flow air in concrete on the durability.
Civil War Phenomenon
Dushtakov, Aleksey ; Matějka, Zdeněk (advisor) ; Druláková, Radka (referee)
The research issue of this diploma thesis is a civil war. The main aim is to uncover mechanisms that form a logical chain reasons - mechanisms - indicators. The work is composed of a theoretical research and 2 case studies (Sudan, Georgia). A list of general indicators of CW is included. Our of a comples analysis of a civil war there's a main emphasis on previous context and reasons.
Mechanisms for resolution of bank crisis
Pochman, Jiří ; Teplý, Petr (advisor) ; Cibulka, Jakub (referee)
This diploma thesis deals with mechanisms which can be used to resolve crisis of a bank. The first chapter introduces the reader to essential theoretical background and basis for following chapters. The second chapter describes and analyzes measures used by governments to support their financial sectors in 2008 -- 2012. The first part of third chapter deals with insolvency regimes for banks and general description of new recovery and resolution regimes. The other part of third chapter contains qualitative analysis of recovery and resolution regimes adopted by European Union member states in the form of BRRD. Final chapter analyzes on the sample of ten systematically important banks applicability of bail-in tool to resolution of their crisis.
The use of agonist of phagocytic receptors for cancer therapy and the study of the possibility to increase their effect by stimulation of TLR receptors
VÁCOVÁ, Nikol
Binding of agonist of phagocytic receptors on surface of tumor cells caused significant reduction of tumor growth. This reduction was enhanced by stimulation of TLR receptors. This immunotherapy combines ligation of phagocytic receptors and signaling receptors to achieve anti-tumor effect. The next part of this thesis was focused on the study of mechanism of the anti-tumor activity of neutrophils.
Options of managing the stress situations during mass accidents
ŠEVČÍK, Radek
All of us face stress every day. The manner we are able to handle stress affects our behaviour, health and success in completing the tasks brought to us by our lives. The level of stress is immense in the mass accidents and the demands to handle such stress high. Therefore, it is beneficial to have certain awareness about the impact of stress; to know how stress affects us, what it make provoke in us and to know, as well, how to manage it efficiently. This kind of stress awareness should be very high mainly in the case of people who intervene at the very place of an accident tragedy. My bachelor thesis was prepared in the quantitative manner using questionnaires. The research sample was formed by selected employees of the accident flying squads of Salvage and Rescue Service (``SRS{\crqq}) of the South-Bohemian and South-Moravian regions. The main aim of my thesis was to determine whether there is a targeted preparation of the SRS employees for stress situations. I have set two hypotheses in respect of the research. Hypothesis No. 1, ``Employees of accident flying squads of the SRS practicing for more than 5 years are more informed on the stress issues during mass accidents{\crqq}, was confirmed. Hypothesis No. 2, ``Employees of accident flying squads of the SRS were trained specifically for stress situations during the mass accidents{\crqq}, was not confirmed. In my research, I found that 61.5% of the employees questioned did not pass any specific training for stress resistance. My bachelor thesis should serve as an impulse for the creation of a specific training for the employees of accident flying squads of the SRS and also as a potential ground to enhance the training in the given field within the study program of ``Health Rescuer{\crqq}.
