The effect of electromagnetic fields on cell structure
Urbánek, Jiří ; Fiala, Pavel (referee) ; Vlachová Hutová, Eliška (advisor)
The main concern of the work is researching the influence of electromagnetic field on cellular structures. Cellular structures is a general term for all the organelles placed in a cell. In our 2D model we take into consideration just the fundamental organelles such as cell membrane, cytoplasm and cell nucleus. The aim of the work was to get acquainted with the outer environment into which we had placed the 2D model of the cell and on which we had applied the magnetic field. The work contains the results gained by numeric modelling in the physical programme COMSOL. These results prove the theoretical presumption.
Design, optimization and full load circuit simulation of the surface mounted permanent magnet machine
Bláha, Martin ; Ondrůšek, Čestmír (referee) ; Kurfűrst, Jiří (advisor)
This thesis deals with the possibility of using the finite elements method for the analysing of synchronous permanent magnets machines. The aim of this work is to discuss the possibility of the machine design more effectively with using the finite elements method and Maxwell software for the simulations. On the created parametric model, simulations were performed according to master thesis assignment. The aim of this work is to determine induced voltage, iron losses, machine inductances and make a permanent magnets demagnetization analysis. From simulations results the machine efficiency is calculated. The parametric model was used for the optimization of selected parameters. From results of optimization new dimensions of permanent magnets was obtained. Machine efficiency was increased by new permanent magnet material and optimized design.
Real-time visualization of magnetic field vectors
Kaplan, Tomáš ; Vejlupek, Josef (referee) ; Matějásko, Michal (advisor)
This thesis deals with the design and realization of a device for a real-time vizualization of magnetic eld vectors. The information about magnetic eld is obtained by magnetic flux density sensors. Outcoming data from sensors are processed in microcontroller and then sent to a personal computer where they are vizualizated. The goal is to visualize the magnetic ux density in meaningul form.
Remanent magnetism of electromagnets of DC contactors
Horký, Jakub ; Píška, Jakub (referee) ; Šimek, David (advisor)
The master thesis is focused on a remanent magnetism of electromagnets of DC contactors. In the first part of the thesis deals with the formation of a magnetic field in different kinds of materials, description of their magnetization and sorting. The next part is focused on the principle and history of an electromagnet. Negative effects and remanent induction of the contactor are described in the end of the theoretical part. The second part is a practical part. First, the reaction times were measured on a pair of DC contactors. Using the obtained data, an electronic circuit was designed to minimize the difference in switching times of the given DC contactors.
Design of Electromagnetic Part of Vibration Power Generator for Low Frequency
Konrád, Libor ; Březina, Lukáš (referee) ; Hadaš, Zdeněk (advisor)
The project deals with contemporary position of vibratory generators based on electromagnetic principle and optimal constructional solving of electromagnetic part of generator. Practical part is searching for suitable solving of construction of electromagnetic part of vibratory generator in the light of required power. Solving is brought to effect by the simulator simulation. Vibratory generator works in frequency range 17Hz. Final suggestion has to answer requirements of observance of frequency ranges, minimal power and simple production. Project includes simulation model as well as proposal of final form of modified generator.
Mapping and homogenity correction of basic magnetic field in tomograph
Žůrek, Dalibor ; Kubásek, Radek (referee) ; Hadinec, Michal (advisor)
This work focuses on a search of available literature in the field of mapping the magnetic field and the degradation of the field gradients. Initially on introduction to basic concepts in the field of magnetic resonance imaging, which are important for understanding the problems and become familiar with the principles of measurement of magnetic fields on the selected surface. Furthermore, there are described two basic measurement techniques, magnetic resonance imaging. The work is analyzed the degradation patterns of magnetic field gradients using the Taylor series and spherical functions. The second part describes how to obtain readings in the tomograph, which together with the previous decomposition of the field then used to describe a numerical calculation of magnetic induction on the surface of a sphere. Values measured and calculated values are compared at the end.
Analysis of the electromagnetic field in the induction machine
Adamec, Josef ; Skalka, Miroslav (referee) ; Michailidis, Petr (advisor)
Bachelor's project deals with the kinds of numerical analysis of electromagnetic fields in induction motor with squirrel cage. The main method used is the method of finite elements. The aim of the bachelor project is to analyze induction motor with squirrel cage in the Ansoft Maxwell.
Calculation and optimization of synchronous servomotor reluctance torque.
Kroupa, Martin ; Hájek, Vítězslav (referee) ; Ondrůšek, Čestmír (advisor)
This work is mainly focused on construction and design simulation of synchronous servomotor. This motor is built by 30 permanent magnets which are attached to rotor and solved in Ansoft Maxwell 14 software. The main purpose was to calculate reluctance torque, which is significant during the motor operational mode and its optimization. Ansoft Maxwell 14 can analyze in 2D mode as well as in 3D mode, for analysis it uses method of finite elements. Subjects can be analyzed in static conditions, or in any way of transient movement. Optimization in 2D, where we will change the shape in the area of air gap, will only be used as revision that the reluctance torque is bounded with this factor. The main simulations were supposed to be done in 3D model, where the role of rotation should have been taken in account to the final result. These simulations were replaced by alternative calculation. On behalf of achieved results, the optional rotation is stated in the end of my work.
Electromagnetic damper
Mikyska, Jan ; Huzlík, Rostislav (referee) ; Ondrůšek, Čestmír (advisor)
This master´s thesis is focused on obtaining electrical energy from vibration control car using electromagnetic dampers. The primary use of the electromagnetic damper is the production of electrical energy, which can then be used to power electrical appliances in your car or battery charging. The thesis is divided into six main parts: a literature review of possible ways of getting electricity from the car damping, theoretical and mathematical analysis of problems, the choice of design with computational analysis of dampers and power calculation.
Magnetic field analysis with finite element method and magnetic sensor
Volf, Tomáš ; Kurfűrst, Jiří (referee) ; Skalka, Miroslav (advisor)
The magnetic field analysis by MKP and magnetic probe project deals with magnetic field analysis of asynchronous machine cross section. This analysis is written in detail along with the necessary theory of asynchronous machine and the ANSYS program. The magnetic field of selected machine is measured by magnetic probe and results are compared with calculation. The next part of thesis is draft of device for the magnetic field analysis.
