The diploma thesis deals with the creation of a realistic and applicable business plan for a new business – a forest nursery. The diploma work is divided into four main parts. Part one describes the objective and methodology of work. Followed by the second part, a theoretical one, in which the theoretical knowledge and the starting point needed to create the business plan are described and explained. In the third part, I analysed, with help of the theoretical knowledge, the current market situation and the internal and external business environment. The last part includes suggestions for the business plan and is closed with a final summary and recommendations, which should contribute to the establishment and to the further development of the firm in the future.

Purpose of final thesis deals to build forest nurseries on the territory of the forest administration Luhačovice, state company Lesy České republiky. The thesis describes the local conditions, the establishment of forest nurseries, but also information on forest management and the various technologies of cultivation of planting material. It is a complete study of that project are also evaluated in economic, biological and forestry. The goal is to create a forest nursery, which would produce planting stock for forest management Luhačovice.

School choices by parents of children visiting forest kindergardens

This text deal with school choices by parents of children who are currently visiting forest kindergarden. This thesis is offering answers on questions: which aspects play a rule and influent parents choices of preprimary and primary schools for their children. The impact of this work is offer an insight and better understanding into phenomenon of growth of forest kindergarden and also prediction of the possible development of this institution in the future. This work recognize parents as policy active participants who are by their school choices reacting on broadly available offers from educational system. Content of this thesis is also distinction of three types of kindergarden which were recognised. Inside this different forest kindergarden were observed three atypic communities following different values and ways of life. The impact of this work is better understanding of what parents really want, what they ask and desire to get from the educational system and how they react when they can not meet their needs and preferences in the offers from educational system. Early Childhood Education as Means of Parental and Professional Roles in Region Ústí

My thesis "Pre-school education as a means of harmonization of parental and working roles in the region Ústí", focuses on different types of kindergartens, which can be one of the tools for harmonization of parental and professional roles. This issue is also linked with the problem of lack of places in kindergartens, which isn't entirely new, but there has not be found yet any suitable solutions that would help eliminate this problem. Because of wide range of different types of kindergartens parents have the option to choose suitable kindergarten for their children as well as kindergarten can adapt to demands of parent so that they were allowed to return to work. This work is concerned with the extent to which directors of kindergartens (as frontline employees) and municipality (representatives bureaucracy) affect the determined indicators (time availability, space availability, affordability and services), and adaptation of the kindergartens with respect to harmonization of parental and working roles. Based on interviews with the director of kindergarten and with representatives of community, it was found that the established indicators are more suggestible in kindergarten established by the private sector, as the directors of these kindergartens are also the founders. Vliv kvality substrátu na růst jednoletých semenáčků lesních dřevin

The main aim of nurseries consists in obtaining quality plants at the lowest price. The aim of this thesis is to evaluate the quality and suitability of different substrates for spruce and beech seedlings that have been grown in nurseries Budisov and Planá nad Lužnicí. For the cultivation of seedlings were used substrates Gramoflor, Agro CS and Rašelina. For seedlings were measured their parameters which were statistically evaluated. Results are shown using commented tables and charts.
