Regulation system for climatic test chambers
Burian, Jan ; Palíšek,, Libor (referee) ; Polsterová, Helena (advisor)
This paper contains 5 main parts. The first deals with the general description and properties of the climatic chambers, their individual parts and how these parts work. The second part deals with the chamber of Angelantoni CH 340. In detail is described how the chamber works and there is description of this chamber up to individual parts. The third part deals with the reconstruction project, the possibilities of reconstruction and the method that the chamber reconstructed. The fourth part describes the hardware that had to be selected and replaced and which parts of the chamber had to be modified. In the last part is a description of the program that controls the chamber after the reconstruction.
Design of climatic chamber
Novák, Petr ; Šperka, Petr (referee) ; Frýza, Josef (advisor)
This bachelor thesis deals with the construction of climatic chamber, which allows continual change of temperature of air within the range of -10 to 50 °C and continual change of relative humidity of air within the range of 10 to 90 %. The chamber is going to be connected to optical tribometer or to Mini Traction Machine (MTM). Both these devices serve for observation of tribological processes in laboratory conditions. Climatic chamber is going to approximate these laboratory conditions more to the real ones by the modification of temperature and air humidity. In the thesis there is stated a concept of particular climatic units, a concept of the arrangement of these units and consecutive constructional solving of the whole device with the emphasis on simple construction, low charges of production, assembility and small proportions of the whole construction
Accelerate handling strength in 2K PUR adhesives
Slatinská, Jana ; Žák, Ladislav (referee) ; Kubíček, Jaroslav (advisor)
This paper is devoted to accelerating the time to obtain the handling strength of two-component polyurethane adhesive, which was newly purchased by the company Magna Exterios (Bohemia) and had to be tested. In order to speed up the analysis of the problem, methods of IR emitters and temperature chambers were selected to be compared with curing using only the ambient atmosphere. In the second part of this paper, the maximum strength of the bond which withstand the test without damage was measured. The results show that the method of accelerating curing process using an IR emitter is the fastest, but the economic side of things must be taken into account, because it is also the most expensive option of acceleration. The temperature chamber is almost twice as slower, but cheaper. At the end of the thesis, the economic efficiency of the new adhesive line solution is evaluated and how much money can be ideally saved.
Creation of a web application to select polymer materials based on mechanical properties for 3D printing
Kaziměrčíková, Lada ; Šafl, Pavel (referee) ; Binar, Tomáš (advisor)
This diploma thesis deals with 3D printing with a focus on the FDM method. Main objective of the thesis is to develop a web application which would assist in the selection of suitable polymer materials for FDM print, based on the required mechanical properties. The web application was created in Python with the usage of Flask framework and MySQL database. In order to develop this application, it was necessary to create an overview of material properties, mainly mechanical parameters and degradation mechanisms. Subsequently, testing in a climatic chamber was done, and also hardness and tensile tests for degraded samples. The collected data serves as the base of the understanding how given mechanical parameters may affect selection of the polymer material. The thesis then offers a practical instrument to help choose right material for FDM printing projects.
Verification of setting speed and building adhesion of PU adhesives depending on external conditions
Slatinská, Jana ; Žák, Ladislav (referee) ; Kubíček, Jaroslav (advisor)
The company IFE a. S. (Knorr - Bremse) in Modřice needed to verify the curing process of glued joints with the used adhesive Sikaflex®-265. The aim was to find out whether a controlled environment is needed for curing and mainly find out influence of factors on the curing process and the velocity of building adhesion. The main factors that were investigated were temperature, humidity, the ratio of the Sikabooster® P-50 to the tested adhesive and the curing time. The result then shows which factors have an influence and which only minimal. The aim was also to verify the strength of the joint, which is stated by the manufacturer after a specific time. The impact on open technology time has not been measured.
Climatic tests of the calibrator 9010
Plánka, Mikuláš ; Sitta, Michal (referee) ; Šedivá, Soňa (advisor)
This bachelor thesis deals with climatic testing of Calibrator 9010. The content of this work is a theoretical analysis of climatic tests. Furthermore, the properties of the Caliber program are described here. Caliber program in this work is used for automated measurement. The next chapter in the work is a description of the properties and functions of the Calibrator 9010. In the practical part of the work, the points of the measurement itself are proposed. Based on the design of points, a procedure is created in the Caliber program. Procedure is used to measure data. The measured results in the work were evaluated.

Design and implementation of improved measuring device for inductive sensors testing in temperature chamber
Šimůnek, Patrik ; Dřínovský, Jiří (referee) ; Šotner, Roman (advisor)
This thesis deals with the analysis of the measuring equipment for the testing of inductive sensors in the climatic chamber, which mainly highlights the faults and deficiencies of this device. Based on this analysis, a new measurement system is designed to eliminate these or all the deficiencies. Several new useful features are added to the new design of the measuring system.
