Price building - the issue of pricing on the example of the entry fee to Gigathlon Czech Republic 2016

Title: Price building - the issue of pricing on the example of the entry fee to Gigathlon Czech Republic 2016 Objectives: The main objective of this thesis is to determine the price rally in the endurance race Gigathlon Czech Republic 2016. Another goal is to analyze the race Gigathlon Czech Republic in 2016 and the formation of the costs (expenses) in this race. The aim of this thesis is the analysis of competitive races. Methods: The work methods were used to calculate the price of the entry fee - cost method, competitive pricing and the method according to the return on investment. Further analysis method was used, which was used in the analysis of plant Gigathlon and competitive races. The last method was an interview which was obtained information about the race Gigathlon Czech Republic in 2016 by the main organizer of this event. Results: Entry fee rates for the category Team of five and Couple were achieved using the method of competitive pricing. The single category for this method was determined while the highest price. In the final pricing has been used only a combination of methods, but also to take into account the expected number of competitors and the Swiss pricing model. The pricing environment of the media market of OOH advertising in the Czech Republic

This thesis deals with the analysis of the pricing environment of the OOH advertising media market in the Czech Republic. The theoretical part introduces the concept of marketing communication, but also touches upon advertising as such, including a description of different types of traditional mass media and their role in society. Furthermore, this thesis focuses on a specific communication channel - outdoor advertising. It presents its history, development, planning process and trends. The thesis describes the different types of formats offered on the Czech market, including innovative and alternative ones, but also presents the current problems and limitations associated with this media type. Nevertheless, advertisers are currently investing significant sums in standard OOH advertising formats and suppliers are trying to collect increasingly accurate data to increase the effectiveness of this communication channel. The supply of outdoor advertising operators in the Czech market is concentrated in a few large players. This thesis analyses the pricing environment of the OOH advertising media market in the Czech Republic. This diploma thesis deal with evaluation price development of prefabricated reinforced concrete structures in concrete company based on economic cycle of Czech Republic. The theoretical part deal with definition economic cycle, description of pricing in construction and analysis of price development. The practical part describes price development of prefabricated construction and specific example shows compilation total price of skeletal structures with reference to observed development in 2014-2019. Conclusion compares economy cycle with building industry and specific example.

The topic of this thesis is Revenue Management and application of its principles in a small accommodation facility. There are many publications from Czech and international scholars, dedicated to Revenue Management as an indispensable part of any industry. In this thesis its main principles, which were created for use by airline companies and big hotels. This work describes application of their adaptated version in a small hotel and results of this application.

The theme of this diploma thesis is The creation of the logistics system and economic model for research base operation. The main objective of this thesis is to create a logistics system for the operation of reseach base, desctiption of critical factors and suggesting few improvement proposals leading to the optimization in view of the logistics processes level and related logistics costs and simultaneously designing economic model of operation of the research base. To fulfill the objectives of the thesis, plenty of driven interviews was taken, there was also made some data mining from the internal accounting records and afterwards their processing while making the costings of the research base operation in addition to its possible renting to the third party.

The thesis contains the theoretical basis for study of possibilities of pricing information goods. The source areas are microeconomics, marketing, competitive advantage and economics of information goods. The model of market is created with constraints defined on the ground of theoretical basis. The thesis analyzes requirements that define the system that supports the choice of pricing strategy. It includes detailed design of the prototype of such system. The prototype is designed with robustness because of the future improvements. The design describes the prototype's input parameters and their transformation into useful outputs that cover basic characteristics of information goods. The designed prototype is implemented. The thesis includes demonstration of the prototype and possible directions for improvements that lead to validity of proposed model of market.

his work „Proposal of strategy of penetration new products of ABB on the Czech market“ considers with appropriate strategy of penetration and sales terminal blocks on the Czech market with goal to achieve 10 % market share in the short time period, the order of several years. The analytical part of work contains an analysis of current status company, market and competition. On the basis of this analysis and theoretical groundwork, recommends appropriate strategy and precautions to improve competitiveness and obtain new customers. The work also includes income trading for the year 2009 and part of 2010.
