Kopečný, Jiří ; Kašpar, Ladislav (advisor) ; Hronzová, Marie (referee)
Summary: Impact of canoeing on the good posture The goal of this work is to explore and describe all the effects of canoeing on the correct posture. It refers to canoeing as monolateral burden and examines its negative impact on the human body. Experiment is trying to compensate for and correct any health problems that may arise. This thesis is intended as background material for the correction of health problems in Canoeing.
Comparison of results spiroergometric examination competitors in whitewater slalom on the crank ergometer and in canoeing

The proposal for a sponsorship business concept for a selected extreme athlete
Jarešová, Kristýna ; Pecinová, Markéta (advisor) ; Ruda, Tomáš (referee)
Title: The proposal for a sponsorship business concept for a selected extreme athlete Objectives: The main goal of this thesis is to create the proposal for business cooperation for prospective sponsors of a selected extreme athlete. Methods: The thesis uses the method of in-depth interviews, electronic questioning and document analysis. In-depth interviews are done in cooperation with a selected extreme athlete for whom is the proposal created and also with his sponsors. Electronic questioning is used to map sponsoring of the extreme kayaking in the world and the respondents are world lead sponsored riders from the whole world. Secondary research, the data analyses, was made from the available primary electronic resources. Results: The result of thesis are two specific proposals from potential sponsors. The proposals were created on the basis of a detailed analysis of a selected extreme athlete whose profile and functioning of current sponsorship was illustrated by in- depth interviews with current sponsors. The questionnaires for the recent best riders were made for better orientation in field of sponsoring extreme kayaking. On the other side, there was also analysis of the companies of potential sponsors. The final proposals should be connecting of a philosophy of potential sponsor and unique...
Neurophysiological indicators of muscle work on the paddle trainer and their electrostimulatory influence
Choutka, Jan ; Kračmar, Bronislav (advisor) ; Chrástková, Martina (referee)
Title: Neurophysiological indicators of muscle work on the paddle trainer and their electrostimulatory influence Objective:The main objective of this study is to compare the effect of the electromyostimulation neurophysiologic parameters of muscle aktivity during paddling on ergometer, Methods: The character of the research is quantitative and qualitative, case study, _________pilot study, comparative analysis of muslce activity neurophysiologic _________parameters using electromyography. Results: We have found differences in timing of muscle activation between the pre- and the post-test. The EMS caused dissolution of the differentiation of muscle patterns that have been built by specific training process of the monitored person. Key words: Electromyography, electromyostimulation, stroke, canoeing.
The relationship between selected conditional abilities and performance in white water slalom (category C1).
Busta, Jan ; Suchý, Jiří (advisor) ; Lehnert, Michal (referee) ; Bielik, Viktor (referee)
The aim of the study was to identify the relationship between selected fitness skills and the performance demonstrated in nomination races (NR) to the Czech Republic national team (NT) and for the Olympic Games. At the same time, we wanted to determine the optimal level of conditioning assumptions and define a model single-canoe sportsman. We were also searching to determine the differences between Senior NT and Junior NT. The research sample (n=17) of the Czech highest competitions series (Czech Cup) participated in testing to determine level of strength, endurance and partly speed assumptions. There were also measured anthropometric parameters (body dimensions and composition) in detail. Testing took place only 5 weeks before NR. The condition indicators were subsequently correlated with the NR performance. For indicators for which significant and at least moderate correlation were found, the possibility of performance prediction was also found. The highest correlations with performance were found in case of on-water sprints: 20m (rs=0,65), 40m (rs=0,86, resp. rs=0,62), 80m (rs=0,58) and 200m (rs=0,795). The on-water sprints are the only indicators, which could be possibly used for the NR performance prediction. In multiple regression of the 2 40m and 1 200m sprints was found high determination...

Relationship between selected specific and general indicators of strenght in white water slalom competitors in C1 men category
Říha, Martin ; Bílý, Milan (advisor) ; Baláš, Jiří (referee)
Title: Relationship between selected specific and general indicators of strength in water slalom competitors in category C1 Objectives: The aim of the study was to find out the relationship between the maximum strength tests at the gym and the explosive force test when paddling on flat water. Another aim of the thesis was to compare the measurement with results in selection races to Czech national team 2018. Methods: The test battery for general force tests included the bench press test, the attachment on the bench, the one arm attachment on the bench and the one arm pull up on the bar. To test the explosive force on a flat water we used a three-axis piezoelectric load cell 9137. Dewesoft Sirirus and Dewesoft, Dewetron, were used to diagnose the course of force. Correlation analysis was used to determine the relationship between the measurements. The degree of dependence was determined by the correlation coefficient value. Results: A strong dependence rate (r = ≥ 0.7) was demonstrated in the water test and the one arm attachment on the bench. There was no evidence of a strong degree of dependence on bench - press exercises (r = 0,63), the attachment on the bench (r = 0,58)and the one arm pull up on the bar (r = 0,04). The paddlers who achieved the best results in specific and general strength...
