A Great House for a Small Town

Topic of this thesis is revitalisation of former joiner-specialised high school areal in Rousínov u Vyškova. Areal is located on flat grounds on Tyršova street in cadastral area of Rousínov u Vyškova near Sušil square, central and important area of town. In the areal, 6 building are located, some of which are to be demolished a replaced with new ones, some rebuild for different purspose. The main building of the elementary school and the school gym will be maintained without changes. Building of former girls boarding school will be arranged to elementary school utilization. Boys boarding school building will be rebuild to a nursing home. Building of joiner-specialised high school will be demolished and replaced with hotel, library and small brewery. Building of school canteen will be demolished except for its basement level, which will be kept as repository. Newly created space of ground will create a small plaza between the elemetary school, center of free time and the nursing home. Fences around the area will be removed so that whole area can be accessed by public a will provide its visitors a nice place stay.

Detached house with bakery

This bachelor thesis deals with the design of the house with a bakery in Nový Jičín. It is a two floors detached building on sloping terrain. Construction has dissected plan, a basement and a covered by flat roof. On the first floor there is bakery composed of a bakery shop, bakery, backgrounds for employees (toilet, shower, living room, dressing room), offices, warehouses and utility room. Next the bakery is a separate garage. By outdoor staircase we can get to the second floor where are a hall, guest room (study), bathroom, separate WC, two children´ s rooms, bedrooms with private bathrooms and a spacious living room with kitchen and dining room with access to the outdoor terrace.

The thesis focuses on the ranking of ten largest companies in the Czech bakery industry. The ranking is made for the years 2012, 2013 and 2014 and it is based on the comprehensive evaluation methods, such as credibility models and spread (ROE - opportunity costs). Results are summarized in the conclusion. Marlenka international was evaluated as a company with the best financial situation.

Thesis deals with making of a business plan for a bakery, which is focused rye and fermentation products. Main goal of this thesis is to evaluate operation efficiency and viability of a small bakery, which delivers only to five parts of Prague. Methods and techniques used to create a business plan are presented in theoretical part and used in practical part thereafter.

This bachelor's thesis deals with the financial analysis of the company Michelské pekárny a.s. and the goal of this thesis is to assess the financial health of the company from 2007 to 2011. The work is divided into two main parts. The theoretical part describes the methodology selected tools to evaluate the financial health of the company. Specifically, the methods of financial analysis are absolute, differential and financial ratios, balance rules and bankruptcy models. Subsequently, these methods are applied to the given company. Conclusion of work is a summary of the findings from the analysis, evaluation of development and of the financial health of the company.

The main aim of this thesis was to create a business plan to open an Italian bakery and coffee bar and discover the viability of the plan. Thesis is divided into theoretical and practical part. The practical part is formed on basis of theoretical information that characterizes business, environment of business in the Czech and Italy and main points of structure of the business plan. The practical part is formed by own business plan. This part describes goals, marketing plan, financial analysis, SWOT analysis, risk analysis and supplement. In part of conclusion readers learns if the business plan will be suitable for implementation.
