Nursing care about adolescent with asthma bronchiale
HERCOVÁ, Martina
My thesis is focused on adolescents with bronchial asthma. I described bronchial asthma, pathophysiology, treatment, regimens, nurse education and the specifics of communication with adolescents. First goal was to find out how adolescents abide by regime, whether they have encountered alternative methods of treating asthma, and whether there are gender differences. Questioning method has been used, where I created the online questionnaire and placed it on the social network Facebook. Second goal was to map the role of a nurse in an allergology clinic. Online questionnaire method has been used via online Skype communication. The results show that there are only minimal, even negligible differences in compliance with the regime's measures in relation to gender. Furthermore, it has been shown that, thanks to medication and appropriately selected adjunctive therapy, the patient can have considerable control over the disease. It has been found that there are patients with experience in alternative methods of treating bronchial asthma. During interviews with the nurses were apparent, that their role in the allergology clinic is irreplaceable and fulfills an important function, without which doctors would find it difficult to do. For practice, I would recommend to adolescents and their parents education about the issue of the disease, the symptoms of the disease and treatment options.
Impact of Juvenile Indebtedness on Subjective Experience of their Quality of Life
ŠVARCOVÁ, Anna
The bachelor thesis is focused on the issue of adolescents' indebtedness. This is a topic that is not very reflected, but is very current. Qualitative research has been applied to the empirical part. To achieve the set goals and obtain the necessary data, the method of questioning and the technique of semi-structured interviews were used. The aim of the research was to find out what the subjective experience of the quality of life of indebted adolescents is. During the research of the bachelor's thesis, emphasis was placed on individual aspects of their lives. I followed up with the goal, which had the task of mapping the causes and consequences of indebtedness for this target group. The last goal of the research part was to find out whether adolescents have the motivation to repay their debts. The presence of debts in life has a negative effect on the subjective perception of quality of life. Indebtedness affects several areas of life, including health, relationships, leisure and behavior. Adolescents have the motivation to repay debts, but in connection with debts they are not satisfied with their own lives. One of the obstacles to reach satisfaction is the insufficient saturation of needs that are not met in connection with debt. The bachelor thesis could be useful in the field of social work, especially for students in this field who are interested in insight into this issue. The work could also be an incentive for social workers, who are not yet involved in the prevention of indebtedness in children and adolescents.

Paterová, Zuzana ; Hlavatá, Karolína (advisor) ; Vašíčková, Jitka (referee)
The prevalence of obesity in children and adolescents has reached pandemic proportions nowadays. Obese individuals are at risk of cardiovascular diseases, type 2 diabetes, dyslipidemia, musculoskeletal diseases, etc. Children increasingly live a sedentary lifestyle and consume high-energy food with poor combination of nutrients. This work is drawn up under the project COPAT. The bachelor's thesis deals with the issue of basic nutrients and their relationship to weight, dietary recommendations for adolescents, the assessment of nutritional status, etiology of obesity and obesity-related complications. Interests, leisure activities and personality development of adolescents
Charwotová, Markéta ; Gillernová, Ilona (advisor) ; Mertin, Václav (referee)
The bachelor thesis project aims to cover the individual aspects of the topic of adolescents' personality development by means of their leisure activities. Therefore, it concerns leisure activities and their developmental consequences, as well as formative factors and the relevant adolescence-related topics (especially social aspects of maturing). The thesis consists of two main parts. The first part is devoted to the theoretical description of the topic. The second part involves a proposal for an empirical research. The adolescent period is very dynamic and full of changes as the personality of an individual is being formed and it is therefore appropriate to observe the influence of various developmental aspects of leisure activities on the personality of adolescent boys and girls. For this reason, the proposal for empirical research is conceived as longitudinal. Keywords: Development of personality, interest, leisure activity, adolescents, formative factors

Bicanová, Eliška ; Marádová, Eva (advisor) ; Kovaříková, Miroslava (referee)
1 ABSTRACT The master thesis deals with the eating disorders and foreknowledge of high school physical education teachers of this disease. The thesis is divided in the theoretical part and the practical part. The theoretical part includes remarks from scientific literature and it is concerned with anorexia nervosa, bulimia nervosa and eating disorders not otherwise specified. Research was carried out by interviewing secondary teachers. The aim of research was to find out whether the pedagogues know what the eating disorders are, what are their potential causations, possibilities of prevention and competency of teachers for solving these disorders. The results indicate that physical education teachers have only basic knowledge about eating disorders. In view of the fact of these and other findings, a draft of activities for teachers who solve the eating disorders has been developed.
