On the basis of analyzes, are set proposals for improving of hotel´s marketing mix. The analysis of the hotel is based on acquired theoretical knowledge. Analytical part is focused on the exploration of the current enterprise situation due to appropriately chosen marketing methods and last but not least also on the customers research, realized on the basis of empirical inquiry. The analytical part presents the company's business activities and most importantly comments on the current condition of marketing mix strategy; this part contains also SWOT analysis. The final part presents suggestions aimed to improve individual aspects of marketing mix of the company, which shall result in increasing number of customers and thus increasing average daily turnover.
