The subject of this bachelor thesis is to analyse current financial situation of Figarostav s.r.o. company and to design a proposal for improvement of its financial situation. The thesis is divided into three main parts: theoretical, analytical and practical. The first part deals with the theoretical background of the topic. The next part focuses on the investigation of problem areas using the financial analysis method during the period of years 2009 to 2013. The third part outlines the possibilities to advance the financial situation of Figarostav s.r.o. company based on the implemented analysis.

The bachelor thesis is focused on an assessment of the financial situation of the company TVARBET MORAVIA a.s. in the years 2010 – 2014. The theoretical part describes the different processing methods of financial analysis. In the practical part of the thesis is to evaluate the financial health of a company TVARBET MORAVIA a.s. based on information available from public and private sources. The target is to perform financial analysis of a company, including developing measures to improve financial health.

Bachelor thesis deals with the evaluation of the financial situation of the engineering company Motorpal Jihlava, a. s. for the years 2009-2013. The aim is to base selection calculations (indicators) of financial analysis methods that reveal weaknesses, making proposals to improve the current economic situation of the company. The source of these calculations are data from the financial statements which are freely available on the company website.

The aim of this bachelor thesis is evaluation the financial situation of TES VSETÍN s.r.o. for the period of 2009-2013 using the methods of financial analysis and based on the findings suggest measures for improvement. The theoretical part focuses on the concepts, methods and indicators. In the practical part, we acquaint with the company and also with the results of of individual financial indicators and and results achieved. The last section contains a summary of the financial situation in the period under review and proposals for its improvement.
