Options and limits for reforming the Dayton framework: reforming Bosnia and Herzegovina's electoral law

Bosnia and Herzegovina (hereinafter BiH) is facing problems arising from the implementation of the constitution contained in the Dayton Peace Agreement of 1995. Although this compromise peace agreement stopped the armed conflict, it failed to solve its causes, thus allowing the conflict to transfer into the political environment. Among the most serious and highly criticized shortcomings of the Bosnian constitution is the imperfectly set sharing of power between members of the constituent nations. As a result, certain groups of the Bosnian population are denied certain political rights. In this context, the need to change BiH's electoral law is being debated intensively, but so far without results, with which, however, the more complex reform of the Dayton framework is closely linked. So far, research into the issue of electoral law reform has focused primarily on a normative assessment of the extent to which BiH's post-war development fulfils the generally defined concepts of democratization, Europeanization, etc. The analysis of the circumstances behind the debates and the specific policies of key actors in Bosnia and Herzegovina has remained in the background until now. Tato diplomová práce se zabývá hypotečními trhy v České Republice a Spojeném Království. Porovnává faktory působící na funkci těchto trhů. Tyto faktory jsou vybrány na základě PEST analýzy. Cílem diplomové práce je popsat a porovnat tyto faktory na obou trzích za účelem jejich ohodnocení a navržení kroků ke zlepšení situace. Úspěšné a perspektivní stránky jednoho trhu jsou brány jako vzor pro nástroje, které by zlepšili situaci na trhu druhém.

Target of my bachelor’s thesis is analyse possibilities of flat tax implementation in the Czech republic and its effects to the state budget. At the basement of borders experience i try to predict tje effect on the state budget. After comparison with income of state budget I choose one optimal rate of tax, which should be enough for state costs and at the same way the least charge for taxpayers.

The subject of my bachelor thesis is to consider whether the proposal of flax tax presented by Civic Democratic Party (ODS) before elections in year 2006 is beneficial for all layers of population. Proposal of czech flax tax get into context with tax reforms made in other postcommunist countries, especially in Slovakia. Aim of my bachelor theis is to define whether flax tax reform yes, or no.

Experimental schools in the twenties of the twentieth century in Czechoslovakia

The bachelor thesis deals with education at the beginning of the 20th century. Subsequently, the work deals with reform pedagogy and experimental schools in the 1920´s, from which the Experimental Working School in Holešovice and the Eduard Štorch Children's Farm is analyzed. The practical part contains qualitative research and deals with two research questions, to which it seeks answers in research.

Influence of Regional Education Funding Reform as Demonstrated on a Selected School

This thesis deals with the reform of the regional education financing. The main objective of this bachelor's thesis is the primary school financing analysis after the regional educational financing reform implementation valid from 2020. Both theoretical knowledge from the literature and legislative documents are used in the analysis of both financing systems. In this bachelor's thesis, a new interview system is analyzed using a controlled interview with the headmaster and compared with the system applied before the reform valid since 2020. Input the data for the analyzes are obtained from internal materials of the selected primary school. At the end of the bachelor's thesis, both methods of financing are evaluated and compared, and the benefits of the implemented financing reform to the overall budget of the primary school are described.
