Single-family house in Domanín

The aim of the bachelor's thesis is to develop project documentation for a building permit for a new family house. The new building is situated on the edge of the built-up area of the village of Domanín near Uherské Hradiště. It is a two-story house with a gable roof, a cellar and a garage next to the house. The floor plan of the building is rectangular. The house has 142 m2. The vertical load-bearing wall is made of burnt blocks filled with mineral wool. The horizontal construction system is designed from a prefa-monolithic system. The roof structure on the house is a truss. On the first floor in the northern part of the house there is a vestibule, utility room, bathroom and separate toilet. The living room and kitchen are oriented to the southwest. On the second floor there are two rooms and one bedroom, a common dressing room, a bathroom with a shower and a bath and a separate toilet. 10 photovoltaic panels are designed on the house, which will cover the electricity consumption from May to September. The MVHR is located in the utility room. From the utility room, the wiring is located in the ceiling voids. The system is designed to provide a background ventilation rate of 330 m3/h. The house is heated by underfloor heating supplemented by towel radiators in the bathrooms. The hot water cylinder tank accumulates warm water from the air to water heat pump. Domestic hot water is supplied from a 230l hot water tank. Rainwater will be channeled into a accumulates tank and subsequently used to water the garden. The project includes a thermal and technical assessment of the building, an assessment from the point of view of acoustics and daylighting, and an assessment of the fire and safety solution of the building. The project documentation was developed in the Archicad software.
Energy Efficient Building of a Family House

This balechor’s thesis deals with a project of newly designed nearly-zero energy building in Hrachovec. It has two parts – first part presents documentation for building permission which contains drawings, fire safety design, building physics, energy performance certificate and the second part deals with design of building services which contains concept design of all systems. The building has two storeys, rectangular shape, strip foundations, ceramic mansory walls and gabled roof extending over a carport on one side. The ground storey can be entered from carport. There is a kitchen connected with a living room, a bathroom, a toilet, a utility room and a storage room. In the first storey, there are two bedrooms, master bedroom, workroom and a bathroom. Concept design of bulding services contains mechanical ventilation with heat recovery, cooling, water supply, heating, sewage system, rainwater management, electrical installation and design of photovoltaic panels. Mechanical ventilation with heat recovery is located in a utility room. Space heating is provided via air-water heat pump with floor heating. The outdoor heat pump unit is located on southeast side of the building. The indoor heat pump unit is located in a utility room. Space heating in the bathrooms is complemented with towel radiators. In the living room, there is a stove. Electricity is produced by photovoltaic panels and the building is connected to a service line. The building is connected to the sanitary sewer. Stormwater sewer is connected to a stromwater tank and blocks for soaking. The stormater will be used for watering the garden.
Single-family house in Bohumín

The aim of the bachelor´s is to design a low energy single-family house. Location of my house is in small town Bohumín next to Ostrava. The entrance in to the house is from southeast side. The bulding has two floors without basement and attched garage with utility room. The bulding has a couple roof and above garage is a flat roof. On the ground floor there are garage, utility room, wind lobby, a storage, kitchen with living room, WC and study room. On the first floor there are two bedrooms for kids, bedroom with walk-in-closet, bathroom and WC. The vertical structures are masonry designed from ceramic blocks with isulated the ETICS contact insulation system. Horizontal loud-bearing structure are designed from concrete. The building is based on foundation strips made from reinforced concrete. The building is conceptual design of eletricity, water supply, sewer pipes, air conditioning and photovoltaic panels on the roof of the building. The photovoltaic panel will be placed on the roof of the building. My main concept design is focused on heating. A floor heating system will be done with hot water in pipes with heat pump. Rainwater will be accumulated in a tank and further used for garden irrigation. Excess water will be infiltrated into the ground no the property. The documentation also includes the Building’s Energy Performance Certificate.
Energy-saving family house in Předměřice

The bachelor´s thesis aims to design a nZEB detached house. It´s located in Předměřice in a relatively quiet area. The building has two floors with an attached garage, workshop, sanitary facilities and storage room. The building has a cold-pitched roof and the attached part has a mono-pitched roof. The ground floor of the house is a social part with a living room connected to the kitchen, study, bathroom, WC, garage, laundry and utility room. The first floor is a private zone with a master bedroom with a walk-in closet, two bedrooms, a bathroom, a WC and a storage room. The building is based on reinforced concrete foundation strips. The vertical structures are masonry made of ceramic blocks. Horizontal load-bearing structures are made of ceramic blocks and reinforced concrete. The house is connected to the freshwater main and sanitary sewer. Domestic hot water is supplied by the 300 l hot water cylinder. Rainwater from the roofs is accumulated for reuse. The excess water is diverted through the overflow into infiltration. Rainwater from built-up areas is infiltrated into the ground. Heating in the house is provided by an air-water heat pump, which is also used for DHW. The heating system of the house is floor heating in combination with electric radiators. On the cold roof there are placed photovoltaic panels for batteries placed in the utility room. The house is partly ventilated by a mechanical system with a heat recovery. The rest of the rooms that are not part of the living area are ventilated by windows.
Single-family house Jedle

The aim of the bachelor’s thesis is to design a masonry part of the model nearly zero-energy semi detached house located in Brno. The thesis has two parts. The first part deals with architectural and structural design, building physics assessment and fire safety report. The second part presents the design of building services and energy performance certificate. The building is a rectangular, two-storey structure with a wetland flat roof. On the ground floor, there is an open plan kitchen connected with a living room, a separate toilet, a utility room, and a storage space. On the first floor, there are two bedrooms and a bathroom. The house stands on a flat plot and it is built on an insulated concrete slab. The vertical structures of the house are masonry and made of hollow ceramic blocks. The external walls are designed with a ventilated facade insulated with mineral wool. The horizontal structures are made from precast concrete beams combined with hollow ceramic blocks and concrete screed. The building is heated with air-water heat pump, which is used for heating up domestic hot water and water for a floor heating system. A ventilation unit with heat recovery is used for mechanical ventilation. Detailed part of the building services design consists of plumbing, rainwater, and greywater management. Greywater is treated in wetland roof, that works as treatment wetland. Cleaned greywater and rainwater are stored in a tank and used for flushing the toilets and irrigation. The house has 2,76 kWp PV system generating electricity. The bachelor’s project is elaborated in ArchiCAD software.
Construction Technology project microbrewery Highlands

The aim of thediploma thesis is to make the detailed building-technological project of microbrewery Vysočina. It is concentrated on the principles of building organization what makes construction facility, the calculation of electric power and water supply, calculation of the costs of operating the construction site and its graphic representation for chosen construction phases. I also make the project of the optimal machine composition. After that I compile the budget and costing of the microbrewery, the time and financial plan and the evaluation of main sources. I technologically solve the phase of upper shell construction made of reinforced pre-cast construction for building object of the microbrewery Vysočina. I apply the other ways of assembly of upper shell construction and show their evaluation in terms of price and time construction. I make the inspection and test plan, environmental aspects, the source register of working risk, heat-engineering review of building case and fire safety solutions.
Mixed-use Building in Uherské Hradiště

The diploma thesis deals with the project documentation of the multifunctional house in Uherské Hradiště on plot no. 712/7 in the cadastral area of Uherské Hradiště. The building has two floors and a basement. On the ground floor there is a commercial area and a café. Office space is designed on the second floor. The building is designed as a skeleton with filling masonry, with a flat roof and is insulated with ETICS contact insulation system.
Effect of the changes of fire technical characteristics on the fire safety solution of gymnazium

This thesis examines how the changes of fire technical characteristics could affect the fire safety solution of gymnasium. The fire safety solution was developed for this object. The idea is to prove, that this object, which was designed in 1995, meets current requirements for fire safety of buildings. The method and principles of this solution are described in the introductory part of this thesis. For unsuitable solution was designed modification of this solution, which meets the requirements of fire safety solution of gymnasium. This modification is focused on designing new escape routes. In the next part of thesis is designed object with different operational use - hotel. Subsequently are shown differences in assessment of fire safety solution of building gymnasium and hotel. In the end of this thesis is explained why the fire solution of gymnasium was unsatisfactory, and what are the main differences in assessment of objects with different operational use.
Effect of changes of fire technical characteristics of fire safety solution of building for the accomodation

The content of this thesis is to find out how the changes of fire technical characteristics could affect the fire safety solution of building for the accommodation. The method to work out fire safety solution is used on the stated object. This method is described in the beginning of the text. There are designed the further objects, based on the basic object, on which they are made to fire technical changes that lead to different results. For the type of change is primarily considered to substitute non-flammable structural system for flammable structural system and one floor extension. These changes are the result of increases levels of fire safety and extension of the fire danger zone. The conclusion of this work is a preview of the differences in fire safety solution of the building for accommodation and the office building.

The bachelor thesis deals with the design documentation of the family house. The first part is devoted to the description of the location of the structure, the orientation of the building to its surroundings and the building structures each object in the technical reports. The second part is devoted to the construction drawings and the conclusion is solved evaluation of the object in terms of fire safety solutions and building physics which shows the energy intensity of buildings.
