Technological stage of the rough superstructure of an apartment building
Čečotka, Daniele ; Řihák, Pavel (referee) ; Kantová, Radka (advisor)
The subject of my bachelor's thesis was the development of selected parts of the technological project for building the Community Center in Třanovice. I specifically focused on the stage of the rough upper construction. The building's structure consists of load-bearing perimeter walls made of ceramic blocks and a semi-prefabricated ceiling structure. This thesis includes the design of transport routes, technological procedures, inspection and testing plans, the timeline for the selected part, an itemized budget for the selected part, and the proposal for machinery for this stage. The work also includes the site layout concept, including a technical report, a detailed bill of quantities for the masonry, and a list of materials for the described technological procedures. In the final part of the thesis, an alternative design for the ceiling structure is presented, along with a proposal for revising the project documentation according to modular coordination and selected construction details.
Numerical analysis of rubber bushing assembly
Novotný, Tomáš ; Rekem, Jakub (referee) ; Dlugoš, Jozef (advisor)
This diploma thesis deals with different approaches to the numerical simulation of the assembly of a chassis unit consisting of a rubber bushing, a stabilizer tube, a clamp and a fixture that simply represents the vehicle frame. The goal is to compare individual numerical simulations and find the most suitable methodology for this process. The first part of the thesis is devoted to the theory focused on the issue of nonlinearities in the finite element method. It provides important knowledge for the creation of the practical part. The second part contains the procedure for the design and creation of individual methods of numerical simulation of the assembly of chassis components. In the last part of the work, the results obtained from the individual simulations are evaluated, their mutual comparison and verification of the calculated data with a real experiment is carried out. Final recommendations were established based on the information obtained.
Woodworking machines for furniture industry
Tomalík, Jan ; Chladil, Josef (referee) ; Kalivoda, Milan (advisor)
The bachelor thesis deals with woodworking machines that are used in the furniture industry to produce furniture parts. Initially, this topic describes wood as such. It discusses in detail its structure and composition, which are important in determining the physical and mechanical attributes of wood. The topic then focuses on the main machining methods by which wood can be processed, including the machines used for this purpose. Problems in sawing wood, that are caused by defects in the tool or in the material being machined, are mentioned. There is also a brief classification of furniture products according to the furniture standard, where furniture is classified using several factors. Finally, all the woodworking machines and methods are interpreted on the design of a wine rack, the manufacture of which is discussed in detail from the initial collection of the semi-finished product to its final assembly. A technological process is drawn up for all the parts needed to assemble the stand, accompanied by drawings.
Analysis of material flow and level of inventory between production sections in time
Lanzendörfer, Tomáš ; Hloska, Jiří (referee) ; Hloušek, David (advisor)
The bachelor’s thesis deals with an analysis of material flow between manufacturing sectors connected by an intervening storage. The first part is focused on detailed analysis of logistics and inventory theory. The second part is focused on a simulation model creation. The simulations are realized in Tecnomatix Plant Simulation software, developed by the Siemens company. At the end of the thesis there is a conclusion of the analyses.
Technological stage of the gross superstructure of the apartment house in Prague - Dablice
Kucsera, Adam ; Kopecký, Lukáš (referee) ; Šlanhof, Jiří (advisor)
The work adresses the technological stage of the gross superstructure of the apartment house in Prague – Dablice. The house consist of reinforced concrete structure on the ground floor, three other floors in a brick form of pramic blocks Porotherm, ceilings above the second and third floor are composed of Spiroll prefabricated ceiling panel and roof structure is made up of gang nail trusses, thanks to this composition of house, it was necessary to address how to storage materials on the site, and also the arrival, departure and parking of vehicles. Technological regulativ is focused on concreting of the reinforced concrete monolithic framework.
Construction technology study stage assembly of reinforced concrete load-bearing structure of the hall
Hubáček, Lukáš ; Venkrbec, Václav (referee) ; Diaz, Yvetta (advisor)
The object of work is a stage of assembly of reinforced concrete supporting structure construction of universal hall with annex within the project Technology Park Holešov. The property consists of indoor and part two-storey annex. The thesis contains a technical report object, situation, including wider relations routes, itemized budget including bills of quantities, technological specification for mounting the skeleton, the principles of organization of construction, the timetable proposed mechanical assembly, inspection and test plan and occupational safety and health.
Increased production efficiency of hydraulic aggregate unit at Bosch Rexroth company
Fešar, Tomáš ; Kalivoda, Milan (referee) ; Kubík, Roman (advisor)
The target of this masters thesis is perform the analysis of current state of production hydraulic power units and proposion of changes in production, which are able to increasing production.
Gas pipeline reconstruction Viniční A in Brno - construction technology project
Touška, Marek ; Nečasová, Barbora (referee) ; Venkrbec, Václav (advisor)
The master´s thesis is solving build - up technology of reconstruction pipeline.
Design of Forming Tool and Machinery for Couting out of Pad
Kolář, Milan ; Štroner, Marek (referee) ; Dvořák, Milan (advisor)
The Diploma Thesis presents a draft of designated automatic apparatus for cutting out and assembling pads for pressure control valve (DRV2). The theoretical chapter of the Thesis contains selected findings from theory and technology for material cutting. The next chapter contains design solutions for a designated apparatus for cutting and assembling pressure control valves. The pads are etched from 0,08 mm steel plates X2CrNi Mol7-12-2. The shape of the pads is etched on a 35mm-wide belt that is wound up onto a drum. The draft of this new technological facility has been elaborated in accordance with the most suitable technological variant. The cutting tool is made of steel 19 437 that is thermally processed at HRC 62-4. Estimated annual volume of production series is 2 mil. pcs. The cutting and assembly processes are executed with the aid of this designated automatic apparatus.
Automation of machining of the aluminum castings
Filistein, Jakub ; Prokop, Jaroslav (referee) ; Osička, Karel (advisor)
The diploma work focuses on designing an automated machining, finishing and assembly line. Described in the chapters are the current technology of production, suggestions, the choice of a new solution and a technological-economical evaluation including capacitive and costs of running the production line and a comparison with the current technology. The result is proof that the return of the investment is roughly in one third.
