1 Liability of an executive of a limited liability company in insolvency from the perspective of a creditor Abstract The topic of the thesis is the possibility for a creditor to achieve a greater degree of satisfaction of its claim against a limited liability company in insolvency with a temporal determination after the commencement of insolvency proceedings, through the liability of the executive within the institute of the issuance of the benefit and the action for supplementation of liabilities under the provisions of Section 66 of the Commercial Corporations Act and compensation for damages for a late filed insolvency petition under the provisions of Section 99 of the Insolvency Act. The topic is quite recent, as the Companies Act has recently been amended, which has just led to the introduction of the action to supplement liabilities and also to changes in the possibility of imposing the obligation to issue a benefit, including new procedural regulations. At the same time, this change has also affected the creditor's situation if it is considering claiming compensation for damages under Section 99 of the Insolvency Act in the event of a breach of the executive's obligation to properly file an insolvency petition, due to the substantive but also procedural interdependence of all the mentioned...

Specifics of bank insolvency proceedings Abstract The diploma thesis deals with the specifics of bank bankruptcy with the aim of analytically evaluating the current legislation. The thesis is divided into four parts. The first part deals with the general legal regulation of the bank and other related institutes such as the banking license or the protection of the bank's business name. It also deals with banking supervision, which is exercised by the Czech National Bank and is extremely important during the bank insolvency proceedings. The next section discusses the specifics of bank bankruptcy proceedings. The part is divided into several chapters. Bank insolvency proceedings are specific from the filing of the insolvency petition, which is discussed in the first chapter. The second chapter deals with the only possible way to resolve a bank's insolvency, which is through bankruptcy. The bank insolvency administrator, which is the subject of the next chapter, is specific in terms of the expertise required by the legislation. The last chapter then mentions the specificities arising in the course of bank insolvency proceedings and is divided into 5 points. The bachelor thesis "Evaluation of the financial situation of the company and the proposal for its improvement" focuses on financial analysis of enterprises on the basis of the financial statements. Selected firm is Rapidoil Hako s.r.o., the name of the establishment: Třebovický mlýn in the year 2008-2012. The work is divided into theoretical and practical parts. In the theoretical part describes the methods of financial analysis, which are then applied to the practical part of the analyzed company. The obtained results from the practical part with design recommendations to improve the financial situation of the chosen company.

Information for calculations was obtained from balance sheet and profit and loss statement. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical part. In the theoretical part, the methods of financial analysis are described and the theory is practically applied in the practical part. Important part of this thesis is proposals to improvement. Here are suggested the procedures for dealing with flaws found out from financial analysis.

This diploma thesis deals with assessment of financial situation of a chosen company on basis of its accounts. The first part of the thesis includes an issue of financial analysis, its devices and methods. The next part contains financial analysis itself. First, property and financial structure of the company is evaluated by means of horizontal and vertical analyses. The thesis focuses mostly on a calculation and successive evaluation of ratio indicators of profitability, liquidity, insolvency and activity. In conclusion of the financial analysis there are multidimensional bankruptcy models used which are a part of the predication of financial stringency of the company. On the basis of findings the diploma thesis includes proposal of strategy which should improve financial health of examinated company.

This diploma thesis occupies with financial analysis of a firm. The aim of this thesis is to suggest some recommendation to change economy of the analyzed firm. The theoretical section of the thesis describes some methods of financial analysis, above all elementary methods. In the practical part, these methods are used for the compilation of a financial analysis of firm Family brewery Bernard and to evaluation of the economy situation of the firm. The final part brings some recommendation for improvement of the economy of the analyzed firm.
