Title: Changes of the catecholamins, serotonine and lactate levels during sport climbing on a climbing wall depending on the leader climber's style of belaying. Goals: The Goal of this thesis is to build on the bachelor thesis and develop its goals. The research is focused on a detection of blood hormonal changes before performance, right after it and after a 15- minute pacification depending on a style of a personal profile and style of belaying of the climbers. Hormonal changes have been compared during the performance on two climbing routes of the same difficulty and different styles of belaying. Methods: The randomized research sample consisted of 10 women, climbers, who climbed two routes using the OS (on sight) style on the level of maximum effort. One of the routes was climbed with clipping in protection points against the second route, which was climbed without protection points. The research was performed using a blood collection from v. brachialis and spinning off the blood plasma of the collected blood. Lactate was determined on Siemens Adria 1800 in a routine laboratory, serotonine was determined using LS-MS/MS with a gradient elution. This final work consist in the analysis of Emma Bovary's personality, the main heroine of Gustave Flaubert's roman Madame Bovary. It describes her life changes depending on changing circonstainces of her entourage and on her interior living of these situations. It deals as well with the développement of her personality from a provincial girl over to a young woman and a wife who knows about love only from romantic literature, and finally presents her like a mother and multiple mistress. This work shows Emma Bovary from différents points of view, like a literature phenomenon. The purpose of it is not to understand, to judge or to defend her or her actions, this work just summarises not only her attitudes in different situations in her life, her dreams, troubles, but also little pleasures arising from them.
Sexual education as sexual abuse prevention for people with learning disabilities

This thesis is focuses on sexual education as prevention against sexual abuse of people with learning disabilities. The main part of this thesis is a research examining which methods of sexual education are the most effective ones in case of prevention against sexual abuse and which conditions are indispensable for execution of sexual education. These questions are reflected through literature analysis and through an interview with an expert on this topic. I consider the results of the complete analysis of foreign sources and of a particular expertʹs opinions as the main benefit of this thesis.

The content of my thesis work involves informing readers of the difficult demands placed upon managers and leaders. In this thesis work I attempted to chart the skills, personal traits and abilities in which a successful manager should be abundant. In the course of studying and writing this work I realized that it isn't simply reliant upon the manager himself. It is necessary to additionally consider the organization and associated specific aspects, not only from the applicable industry perspective, but also from the perspective of the development phase, management style, corporate culture, etc. From these factors arise different demands on managers. Many experts continue to search for the universal prototype of the ideal manager and leader. They believe that the true path leads through certain character and personality elements. Despite the efforts of theoretical research, I think experience successfully shows that this ideal does not exist. Successful and effective managers and leaders are as varied as people can be nevertheless they have some common traits.
