New trends in international commercial arbitration The subject of this diploma thesis is the international commercial arbitration as a dynamicallydeveloping field and more specificallyselected segments of the development of this field. Due to the great popularity ofsolvinginternationalcommercialdisputestheotherwaythanincivillitigationinternationalcommercial arbitration is a very important and growing field. International commercial arbitration is pushed continuallytobeimprovedtobeabletoprovideaquick,qualifiedandfairsolution.Sincethereis changed competencefrom courttoarbitratoritis alsoveryimportant forstates toensurethat arbitrationawards that haveariseninthearbitrationprocedurerespectpublicorderandthattheprocedure keepscertainstandards of the process. The thesis is divided into two consecutive parts. The theoretical part summarizes the findings on colorectal cancer describe the etiology (etymology) and pathogenesis of colorectal cancer, screening, symptoms, clinical classification, diagnosis, therapy, metastasis and prognosis. The we focus on general characteristics of pain in the ways of evaluation, treatment and the role of nurses in treating patients with chemotherapy and radiotherapy. 53 patients took part in this surfy. Ethics and communication in public administration

The aim of this bachelor thesis is a complex assessment of quality of service in public administration using specific methods of qualitative research. The first part is dedicated to theoretical knowledge in the fields of public administration and ethics. The second part shows evaluation and ratings of four different municipal offices in Prague with a use of methods like mystery client. Analysis shows that the most succesful municipality in this test is Prague 6.
