Cílem bakalářské práce je zhodnotit především pomocí metod kvalitativního výzkumu úroveň poskytovaných služeb ve veřejné správě. V první části se věnuji postavení teoretických základů veřejné správy a etice ve veřejné správě. Druhá část ukazuje hodnocení čtyř pražských městských částí v řadě různých kritérií za využití převážně metod mystery client. Analýza ukazuje, že nejvíce v celé fázi výzkumu uspěla městská část Praha 6. The aim of this bachelor thesis is a complex assessment of quality of service in public administration using specific methods of qualitative research. The first part is dedicated to theoretical knowledge in the fields of public administration and ethics. The second part shows evaluation and ratings of four different municipal offices in Prague with a use of methods like mystery client. Analysis shows that the most succesful municipality in this test is Prague 6.
