Motivational System in a Selected Company
Hofmanová, Marie ; Víchová, Martina (referee) ; Konečný, Štěpán (advisor)
Thesis contains theoretical knowledge about motivation system and explains basic concepts bound with this topic. Current trends of employee requirements in field of study were gathered using a survey. Based on analysis of the current status and findings, propositions for improving motivation strategy are stated. These suggestions come with quantification of eventual costs needed to realize them and will lead to bigger satisfaction of current employees and more efficient acquisition of new workers.
Problem behaviours, life concepts, expectations and reality trough the eyes of girls from an Institutional Treatment Institute for Youth
HOFMANOVÁ, Michaela
The topics of this bachelor thesis are educational problems, life ideas and reality from the perspective of girls in an educational and detention institution. The aim of the thesis is description of life situation, mapping of educational problems, and life ideas from the view of girls placed in the certain educational and detention institution and even after their departure - by using the qualitative research. The theoretical part is focused on the basic characteristics of risk behaviour in children and young people, on the factors increasing the probability of behavioural disorder, clas-sification of behavioural disorders, and aggression in children and the youth. The next chapter of the theoretical part is about the characteristics of the institutional nurture, educational and detention institutions in the Czech Republic, and the structure of the concrete educational and detention institution, where the research took place. In the practical part, the case studies of several girls are processed, including the input anamnesis. It is recorded the girls' behavioural development at the time of their place-ment in the educational and detention institution, next, their departure from the institu-tional nurture, and their further life after leaving the educational and detention institu-tion and how they evaluate the impacts on their lifes in the institutional nurture for the current reality. Within the qualitative research investigation, in the practical part, they are used the methods of data acquisition by semi-structured interviews, the analysis of the written communication and the study of the girls' personal documents. The theoretical part is based on the proffesional literature, laws and available statistics.
Measurement of stress relaxation of mixtures of microcrystalline cellulose and calcium hydrogen phosphate intended for the preparation of tablets with theophylline

Charles University in Prague, Faculty of Pharmacy in Hradec Králové Department of: Pharmaceutical technology Consultant: Doc. PharmDr. Sklubalova Zdenka, Ph.D. Student: Marketa Hofmanova Title of Thesis: Measurement of stress relaxation of mixtures of microcrystalline cellulose and calcium hydrogen phosphate intended for the preparation of tablets with theophylline The powder mixtures with theophylline were studied from the aspect of viscoelastic properties of used materials and tablets tensile strength. In the theoretical part the thesis concerned with description of materials which were used in the mixtures. They are: Microcrystalline cellulose Comprecel 102, calcium hydrogen phosphate anhydrate Di-Cafos A150, calcium hydrogen phosphate dihydrate Di-Cafos D160 and lactose SpheroLac 100. The thesis also deals with the stress relaxation test. The stress relaxation test, its evaluation by several methods and its use in the pharmacy and in different fields are described. The experimental part deals with viscoelastic characteristics of the mixtures. These characteristics were evaluated by stress relaxation test with maximal compression force 10 kN and dwell time 180 s. Also the tensile strength was evaluated. The highest values of parameters of elasticity A1-3 and plasticity P1-3 were measured in...
Slabá řešení stochastických diferenciálních rovnic
Hofmanová, Martina ; Seidler, Jan (advisor) ; Maslowski, Bohdan (referee)
In the present work we study a stochastic di fferential equation with coefficients continuous in x having in this variable linear growth. As a main result we show that there exists a weak solution to this equation by a new, more elementary method. Standard methods are based either on the concept of the weak solution or equivalently on solving a martingale problem. However, both approaches employ the integral representation theorem for martingales, whose proof becomes rather complicated in dimension greater than one. By a simple modi cation of the usual procedure, one can identify the weak solution elementary, with no need to apply the above mentioned theorem. In the preliminaries we summarize some auxiliary results: namely, some properties of the space of continuous functions as the space of trajectories are established and an important theorem which allows us to approximate continuous function by functions Lipschitz continuous is proved.
Degenerate Parabolic Stochastic Partial Differential Equations
Hofmanová, Martina ; Seidler, Jan (advisor) ; Perthame, Benoit (referee) ; Flandoli, Franco (referee)
In this thesis, we address several problems arising in the study of nondegenerate and degenerate parabolic SPDEs, stochastic hyper- bolic conservation laws and SDEs with continues coefficients. In the first part, we are interested in degenerate parabolic SPDEs, adapt the notion of kinetic formulation and kinetic solution and establish existence, uniqueness as well as continuous dependence on initial data. As a preliminary result we obtain regularity of solutions in the nondegenerate case under the hypothesis that all the coefficients are sufficiently smooth and have bounded derivatives. In the second part, we consider hyperbolic conservation laws with stochas- tic forcing and study their approximations in the sense of Bhatnagar-Gross- Krook. In particular, we describe the conservation laws as a hydrodynamic limit of the stochastic BGK model as the microscopic scale vanishes. In the last part, we provide a new and fairly elementary proof of Skorkohod's classical theorem on existence of weak solutions to SDEs with continuous coefficients satisfying a suitable Lyapunov condition. 1
