PharmDr. Šklubalová Zdeňka, Ph.D. Posluchač: Markéta Hofmanová Název diplomové práce: Měření stresové relaxace směsí mikrokrystalické celulosy a hydrogenfosforečnanu vápenatého určených k přípravě tablet s theofylinem V této práci se studovaly tabletoviny s theofylinem z hlediska viskoelastických vlastností použitých materiálů a pevnosti tablet. V teoretické části se práce zabývá popisem materiálů použitých ve směsi. Jsou to: mikrokrystalická celulosa Comprecel 102, hydrogenfosforečnan vápenatý anhydrát Di-Cafos A150, hydrogenfosforečnan vápenatý dihydrát Di-Cafos D160, lactosa SpheroLac 100, theofylin a stearan hořečnatý. Dále se práce zabývá testem stresové relaxace. Popisuje hodnocení testu několika metodami a jeho využití ve farmacii i jiných oborech. V experimentální části se práce zabývá viskoelastickými vlastnostmi jednotlivých směsí. Tyto vlastnosti se hodnotily testem stresové relaxace s maximální lisovací silou 10 kN a prodlevou 180 s. Dále se hodnotila radiální pevnost tablet. Ze získaných parametrů elasticity A1-3 a plasticity P1-3 vyplývá, že nejvyšší hodnoty vykazují směsi C, která obsahuje Comprecel 102 a Di-Cafos A150. In the theoretical part the thesis concerned with description of materials which were used in the mixtures. They are: Microcrystalline cellulose Comprecel 102, calcium hydrogen phosphate anhydrate Di-Cafos A150, calcium hydrogen phosphate dihydrate Di-Cafos D160 and lactose SpheroLac 100. The thesis also deals with the stress relaxation test. The stress relaxation test, its evaluation by several methods and its use in the pharmacy and in different fields are described. The experimental part deals with viscoelastic characteristics of the mixtures.
