Stress-strain analysis of chosen climbing rung

This bachelor thesis deals with a stress-strain analysis of chosen climbing rung. The thesis is divided into four main parts. The first part of the thesis reviews three-dimensional frames (grates) and their possible solution. The second part includes analytical solution of chosen, idealized climbing rung by using Castigliano´s theorem. The third part includes numerical solution by using finite element method performed in ANSYS software. Finally, the last part summarizes results which are also thoroughly discussed.

The diploma thesis is focused on the implementation of lean production con-ditions into the production process of the selected company, analyze and find bottleneck. Aim of thesis is to eliminate the downtime of the production pro-cess to provide lean conditions for the selected section when introducing a new product and new facilities at the worplace. First part of thesis is devoted to literature review and dealingwith teheoteri-calpreparation, understanding principles and methods of lean production. Second part is dealing with analyzing production processes of product and in-dividual production operations, application of lean production methods and proposals for a new organization of the workplace.

Influence of dynamic loading on the contact fatigue characteristics of bearing material

This thesis deals with the study of sudden step changes observed in model testing of standard bearing steel 100Cr6. Methodology of experiments with step change of load is proposed and applied in measurements. Three complete series of experiments were conducted, and rating life was determined for each loading trend. Based on the experiments carried out, it was found that the selected steel is able to withstand the sudden step of load changes, despite the fact that it is not material of choise for this type of load. Part of this work was to verify functionality of the innovated test stations AXMAT with modern diagnostics and a new control system, and also of the hydraulic variant of AXMAT, which allows to remotely derive dynamic loading of the test sample.

Identifikace a měření vybraných procesů v podniku Edscha Bohemia s.r.o.

Práce se zabývá procesním řízením společnosti a přehledem možných způsobů posuzování výkonnosti procesů. V teoretické části práce je objasněn rozdíl mezi funkčním a procesním řízením, dále je podrobněji definován proces, jeho znaky a náležitosti. Dále jsou vysvětlena tři nejdůležitější kritéria výkonnosti: čas, náklady a kvalita a jejich měřitelnost. Jsou definovány požadavky na ukazatele a naznačen postup jejich vytváření a aplikování. Praktická část práce obsahuje identifikaci podstatných procesů v podniku Edscha Bohemia s.r.o., posouzení současného stavu a výběr vhodných návrhů na zlepšení současného stavu měření výkonnosti procesů.
