Linguistic situation in Catalonia

současné době má ve Španělsku 17 regionů statut autonomní oblasti, ačkoliv ústava z roku 1978 hovoří pouze o třech "historických národech" s vlastním jazykem: v Katalánsku, Baskicku a Galicii. Uznání katalánštiny jako oficiálního jazyka Katalánska zahájilo proces transformace, doprovázený nevyhnutelnými konflikty v politické a jazykové oblasti. Nicméně, Katalánci si za své úsilí zaslouží obdiv. Během třiceti let demokratického režimu dokázali oživit jazyk, který byl zatlačen do ústraní a zbaven jakékoli pozitivní perspektivy, a to přes období diglosie ve prospěch kastilštiny až po bilingvní stav. Jaký bude příští krok? Diglosie ve prospěch katalánštiny? Je pravda, že katalánština k tomu má veškeré předpoklady: je oficiálním jazykem, má svou normu a kodifikaci. Na základě posouzení stávající situace z nejrůznějších hledisek se můžeme ptát: Jaký bude další vývoj pozice katalánštiny (a kastilštiny) v Katalánsku? Na jednu stranu, politika katalánské vlády se orientuje na propagaci jazyka způsobem, který může působit diskriminačně vůči kastilské komunitě a v extrémních případech vyvolává pocit, že cílem je naprostý katalánský monolingvismus. Politici nacionalistické ideologie prosadili uplatnění katalánštiny ve všech oblastech, i když často radikálními a jednostrannými metodami, v každém případě docílili...

Podíl snowboardingu na rozvoji cestovního ruchu v turistickém regionu Krkonoše

This diploma thesis deals with the contribution of snowboarding to the development of tourism in the Giant Mountains and possibilities of further development in this area. The theoretical part defines tourism and its importance, administrative division and characteristics of tourist region of the Giant Mountains, and describes history of snowboarding and its environmental aspects. This part then outlines positive effects of snowboarding on the development of tourism and offers description of related development projects implemented in this area. The practical part first offers a questionnaire survey evaluating the quality of ski resorts and services in the Giant Mountains. The results are presented in the form of graphs and verbal comments. Then, the cluster analysis is conducted. The analysis divides ski areas into clusters based on selected indicators. Subsequently, the previous findings are summarized within the SWOT analysis which offers the evaluation of ski resorts, finds their deficiencies and new opportunities for further development. The empirical part complements the theoretical part which is based on thematic literature review. The conclusions of the thesis contain the author's formulation of specific recommendations for further development of the tourism in the Giant Mountains.

Tenses expressing future events in Italian, compared to French

This Master´s thesis explores the system of future time of the Italian and French language. The aim of this work is to describe in detail what the possibilities are in expressing the future time in the Italian and French language. It is divided in two main parts which are composed of 4 chapters. The first part, divided in three chapters, describes how in theory the future time is formed in Italian and French; what their usage is and what the key differences between them are. It also addresses the issues of possible traduction between them. In the practical part which is processed in a parallel body Intercorp the thesis aims to justify the theoretical findings of the first part.

Motivation and Stimulation of Employees of the U Pinkasů Restaurant

The theoretical part of the Master's thesis deals with aspects, which influence job performance of employees. The thesis describes one of the most important parts of job performance, which is the motivation. It is also dealing with some of more or less known motivational theories, which help us to understand the motivation of each person. The thesis does not omit term of stimulation and work satisfaction as well. The background of specific company in tourisms, the U Pinkasů restaurant, is sketched in practical part of the thesis. The motivation of its employees as well as some improvement suggestions are studied close.

Zhodnocení vybavení města Rosice pro trávení volného času dětí a mládeže a možnosti dalšího rozvoje

This thesis deals with the facilities of the town of Rosice for leisure activities for children and young people and opportunities for development in this area. The theoretical part defines leisure time and his importance, functions, relationship to municipal development and the role of municipalities in the creation of leisure activities. This part describes the range of leisure activities for children and young people in Rosice. The practical part offers a research conducted on the basis of a questionnaire. The results are presented in the form of graphs. The practical part complements the theoretical part which is based on the work with literature. The conclusions of the thesis contain the author's recommendations for the further development of the town of Rosice in terms of possibilities for leisure time for children and youth.

This Bachelor`s thesis explores the system of past times of the French language. The aim of this work is to describe in detail what the possibilities are in expressing the past time in the French and Czech language. It is divided in two main parts which are composed of 4 chapters. The first part, divided in three chapters, describes how in theory the past times are formed in French, what there usage is and what the key differences between them are. It also addresses the issues of expressing the past in the Czech language and the problematic of perfective or imperfective aspect. In the practical part which is processed in a parallel body Intercorp the thesis aims to justify the theoretical findings of the first part.
