The choice of material for the production of blade wheels of jet aircraft engines
Černý, Michal ; Hutařová, Simona (referee) ; Němec, Karel (advisor)
This bachelor's thesis provides a basic overview of the materials used in the production of turbine blades of jet aircraft engines. An aircraft engine can be divided into two parts - cold and hot part, each with very different requirements for the materials used in them. The conditions in the cold part are relatively mild and the requirements are more or less satisfied by the currently used materials. The goals for further development are primarily a reduction in density and an increase in strength and fatigue properties. The real challenge of the aerospace industry is to find materials capable of working under extreme conditions in the hot part, therefore this work devotes most of the scope to the given issue. The basic overview is created by synthesizing several sources. Most of the information is drawn from American books giving a comprehensive picture of materials and manufacturing processes for this use. After decades of research, nickel superalloys in combination with thermal coatings and cooling vents proved to be the most suitable materials. Their properties, structure and production process form the basis of knowledge on this topic. The main goal for the development is to increase the temperature at which these materials are able to function, as a higher temperature of the flue gas entering the turbine means higher efficiency and associated financial and ecological savings. Despite years of research and properties unmatched by any other material, I believe there is still room for improvement. With the advent of new technologies, the emergence of a new group of materials on a different basis than nickel superalloys is possible. A brief description of several promising newly tested groups of materials, as well as my view on the future of the industry, form the final part of this work.
Utilization of light emitting diode lighting
Podola, David ; Černý, Michal (referee) ; Paloušek, David (advisor)
This bachelor thesis deals with problems of illumination by LED diodes. Basic concepts of lighting technology are defined in the first part. The second part is dealing with the construction of body LED diodes and explains the principle of white light formation to LED. Introduces problems of cooling. Gives an overview of the available power sources for LEDs. Provides an overview of how to control lighting by using motion sensors and presence sensors. Will be made basic economic balance sheet, which will evaluate the advantages of using LED sources. Attachments provide the LED catalogs of manufacturers, accessories for LED and comment on other sources of information.
Solution of modernization technology of part air-pump
Černý, Michal ; Dvořák, Jaromír (referee) ; Kalivoda, Milan (advisor)
The subject of this thesis is modernization of manufacturing process of air-pump component in a specific company. The work is focused on designing a new variant of the manufacturing process for mass production of the given component. The introduction evaluates the technology of product manufacture and describes the existing technologies of performed prototype production. The second chapter introduces a machine-tool, which will play the existing role of production, which will streamline the productivity of work, reduce the risk of human error and improve the quality of manufacturing accuracy. Further new tools are selected and a new production technology is designed. In conclusion, machine times and an overall design of production are evaluated.
Optimization of Methods for Manufacturing Wormshafts
Černý, Michal ; Prokop, Jaroslav (referee) ; Kalivoda, Milan (advisor)
The subject of this diploma thesis is the optimization of the production wormshaft under specific conditions in a particular company. The optimization was requested by firm as a solution in the areas which are defined by content of this thesis. In first part, the technology of the product manufacture is evaluated. Next analysis of the original production technology is performed the regarding rationalization explained later, proposing a new form of manufacturing process. In the following parts layout variants of workplaces are assembled. These variants are based on the newly designed technology. The final part presents a control jig, which will be used in quality assurance and manufacturing workplaces and allows to measure various type of wormshaft parts. In the discussion section there is a proposal of another possible solution for manufacturing optimization these key components that make up assembly control gearbox of valves and ball valves.
Impact of Biomass Storing on Heating Value
Černý, Michal ; Špiláček, Michal (referee) ; Lisý, Martin (advisor)
The main aim of my bachelor´s work is the experimental verification of the landfill impact on the parameters biomass. The first part deals with definition, the formation of a basic biomass division. In the next section we find the issues concerning the burning, fuel composition and emissions during combustion. The last part deals with the influence of climatic conditions on the biomass degradation. In the experimental part were measured calorific calorimeter. The result was that, after a measured period of five months to avoid significant degradation of the fuel.
Methods for improving frictional features of rubbing surfaces
Fojtík, Jakub ; Černý, Michal (referee) ; Šamánek, Otakar (advisor)
This bachelor thesis describes several methods of improving surface's tribological properties. There are many forms of tribological processes, depending on structure, geometry, material properties, relative motion and loading of system elements. The main aim is to minimize wear and friction. It can be controlled by improving surface structure, geometry and by increasing of surface roughness with coating deposition methods, chemical-heat treatment and surface texturing. These methods can be also used for reparation of degraded rubbing surfaces or for surface modification in order to establish suitable lubrication conditions. An introduction to micro/nanotribology and tribological processes in micro/nanoscale is also described in this study.
Design of electrical travel of reaper`s drive unit
Otoupalík, Jan ; Černý, Michal (referee) ; Koutný, Daniel (advisor)
This bachelor thesis focuses on the design of electrical travel for universal mowing machine, which will be controlled remotely. Designed travel has independent wheel drive, the maximum speed of 10 km per hour and can be used in the terrain with a slope of 30°. The thesis deals with the determination the parameters of the travel, design of the possible electrical drive units and design with respect to the stability of the device. Another part of the thesis deals with the design of the travel and describes particular parts of the travel.
Stand-up power wheelchair
Juříček, Václav ; Maňas, Pavel (referee) ; Černý, Michal (advisor)
This thesis deals with the structural design and manufacture of special power wheelchair prototype in collaboration with company Brano. Remarkable feature of this wheelchair is the ability to pull its user to an upright position, offering the greater independence, self-sufficiency and medically positive impact on physical functions. The content of this thesis is devoted to a search of the current state of knowledge in the matter, structural analysis of complete wheelchair assembly with a detailed description of each component including the important calculations and analyzes, as well as a description of the wheelchair testing. The conclusion presents summarization of all the results in structural, technological and economic terms.
VoIP Security
Černý, Michal ; Číka, Petr (referee) ; Kovář, Petr (advisor)
Internet telephony becomes still more popular option to common telephone service. Reason may be it's price as well as availability. With growing popularity grows the risk of unauthorized use of transferred data too. There are several ways to secure VoIP communication. This bachelor's thesis talk about one of many, which is use of Secure RTP. There will be made it's implementation in the software telephone exchange Asterisk and tested functionality by trial talks and analysis of network traffic as well.
