FORMATION OF STRATEGY ALLIANCES INTO THE SEGMENT OF INFORMATION TECHNOLOGIES

I engage in my dissertation thesis "Formation of strategy alliances into the segment of Information technologies" with problem of strategy alliance development into sector of information and communication technologies. Strategic alliances become an important factor impacting to the company behaviour, company competition advantages, new markets entering and dealing, sales strategy and channels definition as well as the form of marketing communication decision. The companies are deciding between two basic forms of behaviour, at current days. First form is focused to the independent strategy of compete fight, the second one is fosuced to the strategy of cooperation based on strategy allicances. I occupe by the questions delimitating development of strategy alliances, defining reasons and occasions of their establishement as well as current situation at this field, delimitate role and contribution of strategy partnership and aslo problems of practise application. The dissertation thesis are focused on the fullfilment of two basic goals, the congnitional and the inventive goal, buz first of all to the confirmation and/or disconfirmation of setted hypothesis. Due to the first congnitional goal I am analysing problems of multinational ICT companies strategy aliance development and then generalizing the problem. Due to the second inventive goal I am setting new metod of strategy aliance development. The sets hypothesis, as the main target of this work, openned the questions whether is possible to define the major tools and factors of strategy aliance success? If is possible to define the basic principles of strategy cooperation? Whether is possible to create simply applicable and in the same time higly effective method of strategy allicance developing?

Dissertation thesis is involved in the question of co-operation between companies. This particular issue is topical especially having in mind the high level of competition in the economics, which can be described as globalized. Effective and controlled co-operation then represents for the companies the tool, by means of which they can reach competitive advantages, enabling the prosperity under the conditions, which are still developing. Furthermore, dissertation thesis concerns the issue of formation and control of alliance co-operation of small and medium enterprises in the conditions of entrepreneurial environment of the Czech Republic. It focuses on the area of factors, which can significantly influence the effort of companies in reaching of competitiveness via alliance co-operation. These factors were surveyed with the help of secondary and finally also primary research. On the basis of the results of the research, final part of the thesis specifies methodology, providing a series of recommendations for the elimination of potentially problematic situations in this field.

This master’s thesis contains the basis for the business plan of the project – real property sales. An evaluation of the strong and weak points of the project along with the elaboration of a financial and time analysis result from the thesis. Furthermore, the thesis offers a proposal for the most convenient way to continue in this business intention. A particular stress was placed on the cost estimate using the Monte Carlo method.

My master’s thesis points on usefulness of business plan as a medium for beginning entrepreneur, with low capital base, which is searching concepts how to push his visions trough in market. The master’s thesis introduces concrete practical example of creation and maintenance of new generation web portal. Description of usage in marketing and business point of view. This plan also contains concepts of company structure and plan of company expansion in three years term. Parts of the document are estimations of portal and company costs and also estimations of revenues. Document is draw up for multiple usage of business plan, not only for business visions presentation, but also as a concept for obtaining of financial resources from investors.

Diploma thesis is interested in the business plan of the development of the company of Martin Stříž, who focuses on the publishing of books and other press products. On the basis of the survey of contemporary status and identification of the objective, which is to be achieved, are proposed ways leading to such identified objective. After selecting of optimal options, the financial status and level of demand are evaluated subsequently, and time schedule of individual investments is presented. Finally, potential problems, which can occur after the implementation of the investment are identified, together with linked tasks, which must be further fulfilled (monitoring of development, inspection etc.).
