They are detaily analyzing his very personal writing. In first chapter are all basic characteristics of Fiser's writing from the end of the 70's. These had Martina Bartosova272 in her theses. Later on in other chapters are details of characteristic writing of Fiser in next twenty years. Let's see which way was going his developing process of musical language. From the view of musical form, it's practically same for the time of the 80's and 90's. Composition is divided into small sections. There are usually twelve up to twenty-five sections depending on the length of the composition. Beside traditional short forms are in that time showing up two other compositions which are much more extensive. These are almost twenty minutes long. Slacburské serenády (1979) have 52 sections and over the one-hour long TV opera Věčný Faust (1983-5) have 131 sections. Each of them is independent section, which are put together in the following order. On the other hand they are not so contrast and antithetic as in 60's. Genesis, the television oratorio. Audio-visual analysis within the context of Czech television opera
Ledvinka, Martin ; Havelková, Tereza (advisor) ; Kratochvíl, Matěj (referee)
The present thesis proposes a deconstructive analysis of Czech television oratorio Genesis (director Pavel Hobl, music Zbigniew Wiszniewsky, Czechoslovak Television and Zweites Deutsches Fernsehen, 1969). Using concepts of voice-object and acousmêtre, this study examines music of the oratorio as an important narrative feature of the audio-visual object. The text interprets the narrative of the oratorio as a crituque of logocentrism and rationalism of modern society. Beside the interpretative part, the study duscusses history and preception of the genre of television opera in Czechoslovakia from early 60s to 1989. Two concepts of the production of television opera are introduced: first, a concept of television opera as a mediator of an existing operatic work, or as means of cultural education of "mass audience"; secondly, television opera is called to represent a new art form using specific television means. These concepts are found in texts by Czech music theorists and journalists of 60s, when the disputation about television opera in Czech journals culminated. A list of television operas produced by Czechoslovak television until 1989 is attached.

Cechová, Martina ; Havelková, Tereza (advisor) ; Klimeš, Ivan (referee)
Anotation The Diploma paper, which is focused on advertisements of Studio Zlín in the 1930's, gives a coherent review of history, development and the role of advertisement in the Baťa company and reaches as far as the promotional motion picture in Zlín. It was being formed in continuity with the development of sound motion picture, which appeared, as one of the first, in Paris. This is where Bohuslav Martinů (8 December 1890 - 28 August 1959), who composed advertisement music Střevíček (The Lady's shoe) for the Baťa company in 1935, stayed at the time. The motion picture is classed with the period context of the film industry, sound motion picture and film advertisements. The goal of the presented text is to analyze in detail the music component of the promotional film Střevíček and to compare it with the other six Zlín advertisements. The result of the work is the comparison of the use of these instruments and the correspondence of sound and picture in Baťa advertisements in consideration of Střevíček. Many new findings, such as specification of the work process during the composition of motion...

Female Voice in Contemporary Czech Practice of Historically Informed Interpretation of Baroque Music
Jägerová, Monika ; Havelková, Tereza (advisor) ; Niubo, Marc (referee)
This thesis explores specific ways of using female singing voice in subculture of historically informed performance of baroque music in the Czech republic. The thesis is based on principles of cultural theory and cultural analysis. Main source for my research were interviews from the years 2015 and 2016 held with female singers specialized in historically informed performance, and my own living experience first as voice student, later as a performer in the field of baroque music. I explore ways of fulfilling fundamental demand of the subculture for "historical authenticity" (which is usually defined as "how did the music sound at the time of its origin"). I come to key term of "naturalness" and I further explore how this concept is embodied by the singers, how it affects the sound of the voice and aesthetic expectations of the singers and also listeners. I put the experience of "authentic" and "natural" interpretation of baroque music in context of thinking about pleasure, especially in terms of jouissance and plaisir described by Roland Barthes.
The diversion of criminal proceedings
Havelková, Tereza ; Jelínek, Jiří (advisor) ; Vanduchová, Marie (referee)
This paper deals with diversion in criminal procedure which is an alternative to criminal proceeding conducted in a classical way and which is an important part of modern criminal trial. The paper analyses single diversion groups and conditions for their use. Diversion has been outlined effective means for simplification of criminal procedure with a significant part of criminal cases. It has been pointed out that the most important effects of using diversion is unburdening of criminal justice, a not inconsiderable economisation of financial funds spent by the state on enforcement of criminal justice and with some kinds of diversion it is also the desirable strengthening of the position of the injured party in criminal procedure. The role of the Probation and Mediation Service of the Czech Republic, as an irreplaceable subject when dealing with criminal affairs by diversion, has been generally outlined. A simple excursion into the French legislation relating to diversions and the latest kind of diversion in the Czech Republic - agreement on guilt and punishment - has been described.
